These Terms and Conditions apply to Steel Blue's 'BE A STAR AT WORK' promotion. By participating in the Competition, you undertake to comply with and abide by these Rules and provide all information required. You understand that any failure to do so will result in disqualification.
IMPORTANT DATES:
The competition runs from 08.00AM (AWST) 12th May 2014 up till the 11:59PM (AWST) 30th May 2014.
THE PRIZE:
A $4,000 Red Balloon voucher, plus 4 pairs of Steel Blue Southern Cross work boots in Black or Wheat and your chosen sizes (valued at $800)
PARTICIPATING COUNTRIES:
Entry is only open to Australian residents only.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
visit the Steel Blue website (at
www.steelblue.com.au);
vote for what adventure get's their adrenaline pumping (4 options);
input the requested details requested on the entry form; and
submit the fully completed entry form.
2. You must supply full details as required by the entry form, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prize(s). No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
3. Only one entry permitted per person.
4. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
5. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
6. The draw will take place at Steel Blue offices, 18 Irvine Drive Malaga WA 6090 on 2nd June 2014at 09.00AM (AWST) The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
7. Winners will be notified by email within 2 days, and published in The Australian newspaper on 6th June 2014.
8. Total prize pool $4,800.
9. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a voucher prize are not included. Any unused balance of a voucher prize will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a voucher prize is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the voucher prize.
10. A draw for the prize, if unclaimed, may take place on 19th September 2014 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winner, if any will be notified by notified by email and their name will be published in The Australian newspaper on 26th September 2014.
11. Steel Blue boots reserves the right to modify or cancel the Competition or any of the arrangements, schedules, plans or other items directly or indirectly related to the Competition, at any time and for any reason if deemed necessary in its opinion.
