4. You may enter as many times as you wish but you
will be only eligible to win once.
5. The promotion commences at 02/06/2014 and closes
at 12.00pm ACST on 29/06/2014
(“Promotional Period”). All entries received after
12.00pm ACST on 29/06/2014 will not be
included in the draw.
6. The first creative entry chosen will be deemed t
he winner and receive the prize. The winner will be
determined at 11.00am ACST on 16/07/2014 at 209 Ful
larton Road, Eastwood SA 5063.
7. Prize consists of a $150 Coles Myer Gift Voucher
. Total RRP of the prize is $200. All taxes (exclud
ing
GST) which may be payable as a consequence of recei
ving the Prize are the sole responsibility of
the winner. All other ancillary costs including bu
t not limited to travel insurance, taxes (excluding
GST), meals, drinks, transfers, spending money and
other transport and any and all other expenses
are the responsibility of the Prize winner.
8. The Prize must be used within 12 months.
9. The winner will be notified by phone within 2 da
ys of the draw and in writing within 14 days of the
draw.
10. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeema
ble for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and
