TERMS AND CONDITIONS
22 Jump Street Competition iiNet Limited (ABN 48 068 628 937) (“iiNet”) of 502 Hay Street, Subiaco WA 6008 (“iiNet”) is responsible for conducting the ’22 Jump Street Competition’ (“the Competition”).
By entering into this Competition you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

The Competition commences at 12.01am (AWST) on 13 June 2014
and closes at 11.59 pm (AWST) on 20 June 2014. Entries must be received by iiNet during this period.
Conditions of Entry
Entry is open to Australian residents in all States and Territories except for New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. You must be 18 years or over to enter. To enter the competition, you must email
competitions@iinet.net.au with your name and address in the body of the email.
You may only enter the competition once. iiNet reserves the right to check the validity of all entries and to disqualify you if it reasonably believes that your entry does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or the entry process has been tampered with.
The Competition Draw
The Competition is a game of chance. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of winning.
The Competition draw will take place at iiNet, Level 2, 502 Hay Street, Subiaco WA at 10.00am (AWST) on 30 June 2014 and a randomly selected entrants (“Winners”) will be contacted by phone and/or in writing using the contact details provided in their entry by 12pm (AWST) on 3 July 2014.
If the Winner cannot be contacted by 10:00 am AWST on 10 July 2014, iiNet will conduct a further draw at the same place as the Draw (“Second Draw”) and randomly select a winner (“Second Winner”). Following the Second Draw, iiNet will attempt to contact the Second Winner. If the Second Winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours of the Second Draw, the Second Winner will forfeit and the process will be repeated until a randomly selected entrant is successfully contacted by iiNet.
iiNet’s decision on all aspects of this Competition is final and binding and no discussion will be entered into.
The Prize
30 Winners will be awarded an in-season double pass to see 22 Jump Street (“Prize”) valued at approximately $38.
The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Any unused portion of the Prize will be forfeited. If any element of the Prize becomes unavailable, iiNet reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or similar value.
iiNet may require the Winners to provide acceptable identification or proof of age before awarding the Prize.
iiNet is not responsible for any failure or inability on the part of any Winners to redeem the Prize.
Personal Information
By entering this Competition you agree to iiNet collecting, using and/or disclosing your personal information for the purposes of the Competition. iiNet will handle your personal information in accordance with it’s privacy statement which is available at

If you are the Winner, you agree to iiNet publishing your name and suburb and/or a photograph of you in any media (including social media) for the purpose of promoting this Competition and/or iiNet’s products.
Right to amend
iiNet reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Competition if necessary, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to notify you of any such change.
Release and Indemnity
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies the consumer guarantees provided under the Competition and Consumer Act (2010) or your other statutory rights.
You acknowledge that there is an inherent risk of injury or death in [participating in the Competition / redeeming the Prize] and voluntarily accept that risk by electing to participate. To the extent permitted by law, iiNet excludes all liability for any loss or injury suffered in connection with the running of the Competition, except where such loss or injury is caused by our negligence.
Governing Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and the state in which you reside.
