Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter are ineligible to enter. 3. Promotion commences on the date the activity goes live
and closes at 11:59am on June 25, 2014 Melbourne local time. The Promoter reserves the right to extend the activity or to end it early at its sole discretion. 4. To enter, the entrant must answer the competition question. 5.
Multiple entries not permitted. 6. The promoter reserves the right to verify the identity of entrants and to contact entrants to notify them of the winner and may offer a consolation prize at its sole discretion. 7. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit of the answer provided to the question. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners will be notified by email and on Facebook. The Promoter reserves the right to select reserves based on merit and use them in the event the original individuals selected to win a prize are deemed ineligible or do not claim their prize by the required time. 8. One winner will be selected to receive one pair of Shameless Sloth Shoe Envy shoes worth $199. A further 20 people will receive a $50 gift voucher. Shoe Envy reserves the right to award fewer or additional vouchers if the quality of answers warrants it. 10. Entrants agree that their entry becomes the property of Shoe Envy and may be used without notification to promote the competition on Facebook. Further, Shoe Envy has the right to announce the winner and the winning entry on Facebook without notification. 11. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image in the event they are a winner (including photograph) on Facebook for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. 12.
