TERMS & CONDITIONS:
PROMOTER: The promoter is Fuji Xerox Supplies, a division of Fuji Xerox Australia Pty Limited (ABN 63 000 341 819) of Level 1, 101 Waterloo Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113 (“the Promoter”). ENTRY: Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or older who fulfil the entry criteria specified below (“Entrant”). Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, together with the Promoter’s distributors, dealers and agencies are ineligible to enter.
COMPETITION PERIOD: The competition commences at 12.01am on Sunday 1st June 2014 (AEST) and closes at 11.59pm on Friday 31st July 2014 (“Promotional Period”).
COMPETITION ENTRY CRITERIA: To enter the competition, Entrants must during the Promotional Period purchase printer cartridges to a minimum of $330.00 (Inc GST) in one transaction from the Promoter’s website:
www.fxs.com.au and then register via the online registration form available at
www.fxs.com.au. Customers will qualify for the following number of entry tickets where they achieve the corresponding spend on printer cartridges in one transaction: spend between $330.00 (inc GST) and $549.00 (inc GST), receive 1 entry ticket; spend between $550.00 (inc GST) and $659.00 (inc GST), receive 5 entry tickets; and spend $660.00 (inc GST) or over, receive 10 tickets. Customers may qualify and register more than once by entering into more than one qualifying transaction. Orders are subject to the Promoter’s acceptance.
PRIZE: There is 1 major prize and 6 minor prizes.
MAJOR PRIZE: For 12 months, the winner will receive 50 reams of Laserprint A4 80gsm paper per month to a metropolitan location. The total value of the prize is $2,000.00 (Inc GST). The prize is not redeemable for cash, transferable and cannot be sold to a third party. Please allow 28 days from date of the draw for the first paper delivery to arrive. The Promoter will setup an automated monthly paper delivery for 50 reams of Laserprint A4 80gsm paper to be delivered for 12 months to the qualified winner. Paper will be scheduled for delivery on the first week of each month, for 12 months. The winner may be liable to declare their prize for taxation purposes and will be liable for any tax payable by them in respect of it. Independent financial advice should be sought.
MINOR PRIZE: One Event Cinema Gift Card will be given to the first valid Entrant drawn on each of the following six dates: Friday 6 June 2014, Friday 13 June 2014, Friday 20 June 2014, Friday 27 June 2014, Friday 4 July 2014, Friday 11 July 2014. A total of six Event Cinema Gift Cards will be given away. Value of each prize is $100.00 (Inc GST). The Event Cinema Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. Minor prize winners will remain in the draw for the major prize draw and any subsequent minor prize draws.
DRAW: Major prize draw will take place in the offices of the Promoter at 11am (AEST) on Monday 4 August 2014 where the winners will be notified by e-mail, letter and telephone and published in The Australian Newspaper on Thursday 7 August 2014. If the major prize is not claimed after 3 months of the original draw date, then it will be redrawn at the office of the Promoter on Friday 7 November 2014 at 9.30am (AEST) and the winner notified by e-mail, letter, telephone and published in the Australian Newspaper on Wednesday 12 November 2014. Minor prize draws will take place in the office of the Promoter at 11am (AEST) to each of the following dates: Friday 6 June 2014, Friday 13 June 2014, Friday 20 June 2014, Friday 27 June 2014, Friday 4 July 2014, Friday 11 July 2014. The winners will be notified by e-mail, letter and telephone. Winners will also be published in The Australian Newspaper on the following dates: Wednesday 11 June 2014, Wednesday 18 June 2014, Wednesday 25 June 2014, Wednesday 2 July 2014, Wednesday 9 July 2014, Wednesday 16 July 2014. All entries are pooled over into subsequent minor prize draws. All decisions made by the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
