ENTRY
RESTRICTIONSOpen only to Australian residents aged 18 or over who are not directors, officers, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, officers, management and employees) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies or participating stores associated with this competition.
COMPETITION
PERIOD12:00am (AEST) on 07/07/2014 to 11:59pm (AEST) on 31/08/2014. Daily entry period is from 12:00am (AEST) 11:59pm (AEST) (Daily Entry Period).
ENTRY METHOD During the Competition Period, entrants must:
purchase any Pauls-branded 2L or 3L Milk Products (Eligible Purchase) from any participating store then
visit www.pauls.com.au/wincash (Website) and fully complete and submit the online entry form including by providing their full name, street address, email address, phone number, the last 5 digits of the Eligible Purchase barcode, the purchase receipt number and any information as required by the Promoter; or
Visit the Pauls Facebook page at www.facebook.com/paulsdairy (Facebook Page); and
If they have not already done so, click the like button on the Pauls Dairy Facebook page; and
Fully complete and submit the online entry form by providing their full name, street address, email address,phone number, the last 5 digits of the Eligible Purchase barcode, the purchase receipt number and any information as required by the promoter
DRAW DETAILS
There will be 1 prize draw per day for 56 days at midday each day. The first draw date is 08/07/2014 and the final draw date is 01/09/2014 at midday. Each draw will take place at Switch Marketing 6 Hodgson St, Kew, 3101, and will be for the prior days entries

Any prize draw that falls on a weekend or public holiday will take place on the next business day.

If there are no entries submitted for the Daily Entry Period, then the prize will roll over into the subsequent prize draw.

PRIZE DETAILSThere are 56 prizes of $1,000 which will be awarded as a cheque
PRIZE POOLThe total prize pool is valued at $56,000.
ENTRY LIMITSEntries are limited to 1 entry per person per day.

The winners will be notified by phone and in writing within two business days of the draw.

Winners details from the draws 08/07/2014 to 04/08/2014 will be published in The Australian on the 06/08/2014. Winners details from the draws 05/08/2014 to 01/09/2014 will be published in The Australian on the 03/09/2014.

DATE AND TIMEPrizes must be claimed by 11:59pm (AEDT) on 28/11/14.
UNCLAIMED PRIZE
DRAW DETAILS12 noon (AEDT) on 03/12/14 at the same location as the original draws.

Any winner(s) in the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be notified by phone and in writing within two days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw.

Winners details will be published on the Pauls Dairy Facebook page for a period of 28 days from 08/12/2014.

Entrants can only enter in their own name. The Promoter may require entrants to provide proof of identity, proof of purchase, proof of age, proof of residency and proof of email address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoters discretion.
The winners must, at the Promoters request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of any prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name, image and likeness in promotional material.
If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be discarded and a new winner of the prize will be determined by drawing a further valid entry in accordance with the unclaimed draw details.
The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any persons negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage or delay in transit to prizes.
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook. Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. Each entrant completely releases Facebook from any and all liability.
The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the competition or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each state and territory if required.
The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications arising from prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where the operation of this competition results in, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, entrants agree to follow the Australian Taxation Offices stated view that where the parties are at arms length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
All entries will be the property of the Promoter. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this competition. The information entrants companions provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of fulfilling the prize and otherwise administering this competition. The Promoter may collect entrants personal information (including through its contractors or agents) or disclose entrants personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this competition or communicating with entrants. By entering this competition, entrants consent to the storage of their personal information on the Promoters database and the Promoter may use this information for future competition and marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting the entrant via electronic messaging. By entering this competition, entrants consent to receiving SMS or email messages from the Promoter, with a functional unsubscribe facility. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. Entrants can request access to the personal information the Promoter holds about them by contacting the Promoter at the address stated in the Promoter section of these conditions. The Promoters Privacy Policy, located at www.parmalat.com.au/privacy, contains information about:
how entrants can seek access to the personal information the Promoter holds about them and seek the correction of such information;
how entrants can complain about a privacy breach and how the Promoter will deal with such a complaint; and
whether entrants personal information the Promoter holds about them will be provided to overseas companies, and if so, which countries those companies are located.
