ELITE CARAVANS WIN A FLY ON THE WALL EXPERIENCE
Terms and Conditions of Promotion: 1. The Promoter is Elite Caravans (ACN 129 308 416), of 116 Barry Road Campbellfield, VIC 3061 ("Promoter").
2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. Entry into the Promotion is free and only open to Australians aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
4. The Promotion commences at 9:00am on 14 April 2014 and closes at 12:00pm on 15 August 2014. Entries submitted after 12:00pm on 15 August 2014 will not be accepted.
5. To enter, entrants must: (a) visit the Elite Caravans Facebook page at
www.facebook.com/elitecaravans and ‘Like’ the page between 14 April 2014 and 15 August 2014; and
(b) complete any additional details required to identify yourself as required by the Promoter on its Facebook page.
6. Incomplete or ineligible entries will be invalid. All valid entries will be eligible for the promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who is found to have tampered with the entry process or submitted an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entries in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
8. Each entrant can only enter once per Facebook user.
9. Each entrant is able to gain extra entries by sharing the promotion on their Facebook page. For each friend that enters the promotion, the entrant will receive an additional entry to the promotion.
10. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
11. The winner will be drawn from the list of entrant’s names on 15 August 2014 at 116 Barry Road Campbellfield, VIC 3061. Two names will be drawn in the instance that the first drawn entrant is unable to claim the prize.
12. The winning entrant will win a Fly on the Wall experience to the Wilson Security Sandown 500 on 13 September 2014 with the Ford Performance Racing team. In addition, the winning entrant will receive $500 travel money to attend Sandown Victoria and $200 worth of Ford Performance Racing merchandise. Total prize valued at approximately $700.
13. Further details of the prize including the schedule of events for the Fly on the Wall experience will be available on the Promoter's website at
www.elitecaravans.com.au.
14. The prize value is based upon the recommended retail price of the experience at the time that these terms and conditions were prepared (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in the prize value up to the end of the Promotion.
15. If the prize is or becomes unavailable, for whatever reason, the unavailable prize will be substituted for a range of Ford Performance Racing apparel to the value of $1,000.
16. Subject to clause 13, the prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
17. The prize winner must not allow any other person to use their prize without the prior written consent of the Promoter and in any event must not allow any person under 18 years of age to use the prize.
18. The prize winner will be listed on the Promoter's website at
www.elitecaravans.com.au by 6:00pm on 15 August 2014.
19. If any winner cannot be contacted or if attempted delivery of a prize has not been accepted within 1 month of 15 August 2014, the relevant entry will be deemed invalid and the prize(s) will be given to the second drawn entrant.
20. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
21. No responsibility is accepted for misdirected, late, lost or delayed entries, whether due to error, omission, alteration, deletion, theft, destruction or delay.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to request a prize winner to provide proof of identity prior to awarding a prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. If a winner cannot provide the required proof of identification, he/she forfeits all prize entitlements and the prize will be awarded to the second drawn entrant.
23. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its employees and agents shall not be liable for any claim, loss, damage, injury, cost or expense suffered sustained or incurred (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this Promotion and/or its prizes. The Promoter’s decision on all matters pertaining to this Promotion is final.
24. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought by winners.
25. The personal information of entrants provided will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this promotion.
