Father’s Day Competition Term and Conditions:

    Entry into the Perth Airport Father’s Day Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
    The promoter is Perth Airport Pty Ltd, Level 2, 2 George Wiencke Drive, Perth Airport, WA 6105 (“Promoter”).
    An Entry that does not, in the Promoter’s opinion, comply with these terms and conditions may be disqualified.

Eligibility

    Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older but not to employees of the Promoter, or directors, management, employees and their immediate families (“Eligible Entrants”).

Entry Methods

    Enter by submitting online competition form only.
    Eligible Entrants may submit a maximum of 1 entry.
    Eligible Entrants must provide all information requested by the Promoter at the time of entry. Incomplete, indecipherable, or non–compliant Entries may be rejected.
    The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected Entries, or for any technical difficulties or unavailability of any Entry Method during the competition period.
    The closing date for the Competition is 8 September 2014 at 09:00am (Australian Western Standard Time).

The Prize

    There will be two (2) prize winners and the prize is either a Fremantle Dockers 2014 autographed Guernsey or a West Coast Eagles autographed Guernsey.
    The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
    The Promoter may request that the Prize winner provides proof of identity, age, and proof of residency as a condition of receipt of the Prize.

How the Prize winner will be chosen

    The two (2) winners of the Competition will be drawn at random from those Eligible Entrants whose entries are valid in accordance with these terms and conditions and have reached the Promoter by the closing date.
    The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    The winner’s will be notified via email or phone call within 7 days of the closing date. If the prize is unclaimed by the initial winner drawn within 31 days, there will be no further prize draws.

General

    All entries become the property of the Promoter.
    The Promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the Competition (including altering prizes) if, in the Promoter’s sole discretion, a competition is not capable of being conducted as specified.
    These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Western Australia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Western Australian courts.
    The Promoter and its related entities, and their respective officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the Competition or the use of any Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy

    The Promoter will collect, store and use the personal information provided to it pursuant to these terms and conditions  and its privacy policy can be found at http://www.perthairport.com.au/PrivacyPolicy.aspx
    The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. For example:
        Personal information may be disclosed to third parties, including, but not limited to, Australian regulatory authorities.
        Personal information may be provided to third parties for the purposes of administering the competition.
        The Prize winner’s name may be published on the Promoter’s website.
    In addition the Promoter uses personal information for related secondary purposes such as performing research and analysis aimed at improving its products, services and technologies.
    If the Entrant chooses to “opt in” to further communications when entering the Competition the Promoter may  for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity and research purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the Entrant.
