Photo-competitionDestination Docklands runs a ‘Shades of winter’ photo competition in July and August. Entry is free and open to all, whether you are a budding amateur snapper or seasoned professional photographer. The competition aims to capture Docklands in winter from a range of perspectives and in different lights. Images can comprise of anything in Docklands – scenery, people, places, activities, sport, shopping, animals, dining, entertainment, water – the list is endless.
A cash prize of $1 000 will be awarded to the winner of the adult category and $500 will be awarded to the winner of the youth category (under 16 years) along with the opportunity to feature in a Docklands photo exhibition later this year.
For your chance to win, submit your entries to
info@destinationdocklands.com.au as attached JPEG files with the subject line ‘Shades of winter’ and indicate if it is a youth or adult entry. Please include your name, address, phone number, photo title and a short description of the photo along with the date it was taken in the body of the email. All entries must be copyright free, taken between the dates of 1 July and 31 August 2014 and be the work of the entrant.
