Janeen Brian is an award-winning author of over 80 books including the picture book Where Does Thursday Go?. She lived for one month in a remote village in the Himalayan Mountains, and this book is based on her observations at that time. Anne Spudvilas is a well-known illustrator whose work includes The Peasant Prince (the picture book version of Mao’s Last Dancer) and Margaret Wild’s Jenny Angel.
