T&C's1. To form a valid entry into the “OZtrail Win Dad a Mitchell Swag”(the Competition)a potential entrant must provide all requested details.
2. L E Whittaker & Sons Pty Ltd trading as OZtrail Leisure Products ‘OZtrail’ will use the collected personal information for the purpose of operating the competition.
3. To form a valid entry a potential entrant must:

be a resident of Australia,
• have a physical mailing address within mainland Australia and Tasmania,
• be over 13 years of age with the permission of a parent or guardian to enter.4.
The main prize for the competition is a Mitchell Single Swag (CSW-MIT-D) currently on sale at $199.95 at participating dealers.5.
Each potential entrant may enter a maximum of once. 6. One (1) prize winner will be drawn at random by OZtrail.
7. Winners will be notified by electronic mail of their winning entry.
8. Winners will have seven (7) days, from the date notification emails are sent to claim their prize.
9. Should a winner not claim their prize within (7) days via electronic mail, the winning entry is considered forfeit at the close of business of the seventh (7th) day post notification email.
10. Should a prize remain unclaimed, a further winner may be drawn at OZtrail’s sole discretion. Such redraws will occur until a valid winner is declared and the prize claimed by the winner.

Contest closes at midnight AEST August 27, 2014.12. OZtrail may, at its sole discretion, and without right of appeal or review, disallow any singular entry or all entries from an individual if OZtrail deems these terms breached by the potential entrant.
13. Staff, suppliers, customers and those associated with OZtrail are disallowed entry into the competition.
14. The prize is not redeemable for cash, nor transferable.
15. OZtrail shall be held indemnified by the potential entrant, or actual entrant, for any perceived or actual loss that the individual may incur as a result of entry, or attempted entry.
