Vileda Wettex Cloth Sample Offer Terms & Conditions
Please read this carefully. It contains important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions, which may apply to you.
Offer is open to residents of Australia who are over the age of 16. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this offer are ineligible to enter.
To participate in an offer and receive a sample, Claimants must, during the Offer Period:
a) Log onto the promotional tab located on the HelpMeClean Facebook page at
www.facebook.com/HelpMeClean b) Enter their full contact details including full name, date of birth, residential address, contact telephone number, and current and valid email address.
Offer is limited to the first 5,000 Claimants during the Offer Period.
Once a Claimant submits their claim and the Promoter receives and confirms their claim has been successfully received, 1 x sample will be mailed to the residential address specified by the Claimant in their claim form, subject to availability. Successful Claimants should allow up to sixty (60) days for their sample to be delivered.
The offer commences at 09:00 AEDT on Tuesday 11 March 2014 and is open while stocks last. Claims are limited to the first 5,000 claimants during the Offer Period. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
Limit of one sample per household.
Sample consists of one Vileda Wettex cloth.
Samples are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using a sample, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of Claimants and any other information relevant to participation in this offer. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this offer.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail or other communications. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive a claim or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the offer.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
