2. A Valid Receipt is any receipt from a purchase from any of the retailers at the Fyshwick
Markets made during The Competition.
3. Draw Date(s) for Market Shopping Vouchers:
(a) Friday 11am on: 8th of August , 15th of August, 22nd August, 29th August, 5th September,
12th September, 19th of September, 26th of September, 3rd October, 10th of October
(b) The final draw on Saturday 18th of October at 11am
(c) Market Vouchers are valid until 18th of April (6 months from the date of the final draw)
4. Draw Date for Trip to Italy Saturday 18th of October at 11am.

Rules and Regulations:
1. Promotion starts Monday 31 July 2014.
2. Promotion ends on 17th of October 2014.

Promotion is open all customers of any of the retailers at the Fyshwick Markets with a Valid
Receipt.4. Promotion is not open to any Stalllholders of the Fyshwick Markets or their immediate Families,
any Staff of the any of the Stallholders at the Fyshwick Markets or their immediate Families, any
Members of the Fyshwick Markets Board or their immediate Families, any staff of any retailer at the
Fyshwick Fresh Food Markets or the Fyshwick Markets Board made redundant in the 6 month period
before the commencement of The Competition.
5. Immediate Family is defined as spouse, de-facto partner, parent, sibling or children.

6. Valid entry to the draw is by:
(a) Writing a valid name and phone number on the back of a Valid Receipt from any of the
Retailers of the Fyshwick Fresh Food Markets during The Competition, placing the receipt in
any of the Entry boxes at the Fyshwick Markets during The Competition
(b)Customers must be 18 years or over to enter this promotion
7. Valid Receipts will be removed periodically from the entry boxes at the Fyshwick Fresh Food
Markets and relocated to the main barrel entry at the Fyshwick Fresh Food Markets.
8. All winners of the periodic draws to win Market Vouchers will be rentered in the draw to “Win a
Trip to Italy’s Truffle Regions.”
9. Entrants do not have to be present at the draw(s).
10. In the event a winning member is not present, they will be notified via telephone and via text
message.
11. The Winner of the trip to Italy will be notified via telephone and text and an advertisement
will be placed in the Canberra Times on Saturday 25 October 2014.
12. If any of the Prizes remains unclaimed for a period exceeding 3 months after the
Draw(s), a subsequent redraw will take place. This re-draw will be conducted at The Fyshwick Fresh
Food Markets, Fyshwick on Friday 23 January 2015 at 11.00am.
13. In the event an ineligible entry is drawn, a subsequent draw will take place on the same day.
15. The Promoter of “Win a Trip to Italy Plus $5,500’s in Market shopping Vouchers”

16. Total prize pool is $15,500.
17. Changes to the promotion may be made without notice by the Fyshwick Fresh Food Markets
