Competition commences 11 August and concludes 28 September 2014.
The prize draw will take place at Castletown Centre Management at 9.00am, Monday 29 September 2014.
The prize draw winner will be randomly drawn and notified via telephone.
The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entry to the competition is available via entry form from all participating Castletown Retailers.
One entry form is given with every purchase of $20.00 and more from specialty stores or $50.00 and more from major stores.
Entry forms are given per transaction, not per $20.00 or $50.00 increments.
Offer is valid when purchasing Castletown Gift Vouchers.
Entry barrel is located in front of Target.
Prize cannot be transferred, are neither exchangeable nor redeemable for cash.
Castletown management, retailers, staff or sponsors and their immediate families are not permitted to enter and therefore will not be eligible for prizes. Immediate families mean parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents.
Entry is open to all residents of Australia.

The winner will be responsible for collecting their prize from Castletown Centre Management.
The winner must present photographic identification at the time of prize collection.

If the winner chooses to accept the prize, Castletown Townsville reserves the right to use the customer’s name and photograph for marketing and publicity purposes.
If delivery of the prize is required, this will be at the winners’ expense.
