The Promotion starts at 12.01AM on 01/10/2014 and closes at 11:59PM on 07/01/2015No entries will be accepted after this time. All times are Melbourne time.

Maximum Number of Entries:

One entry only per Qualifying Purchase. Multiple entries are allowed but entrants (other than South Australian residents) will only be allowed to win once. A maximum of five (5) entries per person, per day is permitted.

Entry ProcedureTo enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
1. Purchase any three (3) or more of the Participating Products in one transaction from a Participating Store (Qualifying Purchase).
2. Retain the product packaging, and store receipt from their Qualifying Purchase (Proof of Purchase), and enter via the following method:
a) visit www.cadbury1Dsummer.com.au;
b) complete the entry form by entering their full name, email, postcode of residence, and last 4 digits of barcodes from their Qualifying Purchase and press submit; and
c) using their computer’s mouse (on desktop) or scratch with their finger on a touch screen device and remove the on-screen scratch panel to reveal if they are an Instant Prize Winner.
Instant Win Prize ProcedureDuring the Promotion Period, 50 A-Reserve double pass concert tickets will be awarded (in accordance with the state/territory grouping set out in the table above), and 1,005 summer prize items will be awarded (Instant Win Prizes).
Instant Win Prizes will be allocated as follows:
(a) Instant Win Prize winning time slots (each a Winning Time Slot) will be randomly allocated during the Promotion Period. The first valid entry received at or after each Winning Time Slot in the Period will “instantly win” the Instant Win Prize allocated to that particular Winning Time Slot.
(b) If there is no valid and eligible entry received by the Promoter at or after a Winning Time Slot, then:
(i) the Winning Time Slot will lapse;
(ii) there will be no “instant” winner of an Instant Win Prize for the relevant Winning Time Slot; and
(iii) the Instant Win Prize allocated to that Winning Time Slot will be reallocated to the next Winning Time Slot together with a further Instant Win Prize for that Winning Time Slot. (In such circumstances it is possible for there to be multiple winners in a Winning Time Slot.)
(c) If there is no valid and eligible entry received by the Promoter at or after the final Winning Time Slot, the Instant Win Prize allocated to that Winning Time Slot will be allocated to the last valid entry received before the final Winning Timeslot. All Instant Win Prizes will be distributed.
Instant Win Prizes: Time of entry will be deemed to be the time that the entry is received by the Promoter.
Instant Win Prize Verification and DeliveryAll Provisional Instant Prize Winners will be notified that they are a Provisional Instant Prize Winner by reply email to the email address provided when completing the online entry form.
Provisional Instant Prize Winners must verify their claim for a Prize as per instructions provided in the email.
Provisional Instant Prize Winners will be required to send their Proof of Purchase (for all entries submitted during the Promotion Period) to the Promoter (following the instructions set out in the notification message), before they will be awarded their Prize.
If a Provisional Instant Prize Winner complies with these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter verifies and accepts the entry in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will deliver the Prize within 28 days of the Prize being awarded.
Instant Win Ticket Prize RestrictionsThe Promoter will provide two concert tickets to the show only in the correct state/territory based on the postcode of residence entered when entering the promotion.
All additional costs associated with attending the concert will be the responsibility of the winner and their companion.
All tickets are only valid for the date or period specified on the tickets or by the provider, and are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the provider. Once awarded, the Promoter is not liable for any ticket that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
Notification of Prize Winners
Entrants will be notified in writing if they have won an Instant Win Prize or an Instant Win Summer Prize within two (2) days of being determined.
Publication of Winners NamesAll Instant Win Prize Winners names will be published on www.cadbury1Dsummer.com.au on 15/01/2015.
Instant Win Prize Claim Date
All prizes must be claimed by 5:00PM 29/01/2015.
Unclaimed Prize ArrangementsIn the event of an unclaimed prize, any unclaimed prizes will be re-drawn:

Unclaimed prize draw winners will be contacted in writing within two (2) days and their names will be published on www.cadbury1Dsummer.com.au on 03/02/2015.
If an Instant Prize Winner indicates that they cannot take the prize after 29/01/2015, the Promoter will conduct an additional unclaimed prize draw on the next business day after receiving confirmation from the forfeiting prize winner to determine replacement Instant Prize Winners. Names will be published within 7 days of the draw.
