We are asking customers to share their favourite memory of Forest Hill Chase. Simply visit the memory wall located on level 2 near Big W, share your memory and go into the running to win a holiday to anywhere in the world valued at 10k. Too easy!

Colonial First State Property Management Pty Ltd (ACN 101 504 045 / ABN 96 101 504 045) as disclosed agent for the owners of the Centre at Corporate Office, 1341 Dandenong Road, Chadstone Victoria 3148.
Entry Restrictions
Open only to Australian residents aged 18 or over who are, or who become, a VIP member of Forest Hill Chase Shopping Centre except directors, officers, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, officers, management and employees) of the Promoter, or of the agencies or companies associated with this competition.
Entrants are bound by any additional conditions which apply to being a VIP member of Forest Hill Chase Shopping Centre.
Competition Period
9am (AEST) on 22/09/14 to 5pm (AEDT) on 11/10/14.

Entry Method
During the Competition Period, entrants must:
(a) visit the “Memory” wall located on Level 2 at the Centre to collect a memory tag (Tag) (subject to Tag stocks remaining);
(b) complete the Tag by writing, in the space provided, a memory the entrant has of Forest Hill Chase and attaching the Tag to the “Memory” wall as indicated; and
(c) fully complete and submit an electronic entry form on one of the iPads available near the “Memory” wall, including by providing their full name, phone number, date of birth, postcode, the unique number printed on their Tag (as detailed in (b) above) and any additional information as required by the Promoter.
Draw Details
10am (AEDT) on 13/10/14 at Bienalto, Level 6, 35 Clarence St, Sydney NSW 2000.
Winner Determination
The first valid entry randomly drawn from all valid entries received during the Competition Period will win the prize.
Prize Details
The prize is a $10,000 voucher for Flight Centre Forest Hill.
The winner will be required to visit Flight Centre Forest Hill to redeem their voucher and organise their holiday. If there is any amount remaining on the Flight Centre voucher once the winner has booked their flights, accommodation (and/or activities (if applicable)), such amount will be provided to the winner in the form of a Multi-Currency Cash Passport prepaid currency card.
Prize Pool
The total prize pool is valued at $10,000 (inc GST).
Entry Limits
Entrants may enter as many times as they wish, provided that each entry is based on a separate Tag, separate Forest Hill Chase memory and separate entry form.

1 Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions. By entering, entrants accept these conditions.
2 The competition will be conducted during the Competition Period.
3 Entries must be received during the Competition Period. Entries are deemed to be received at the time they are received by the Promoter’s database and not at the time of submission by the entrant. Entries must consist of both a valid and completed Tag attached to the “Memory” wall and an electronic entry form submitted in accordance with the Entry Method. Entries must be on the original Tag and original entry form. The Promoter has no control over communications networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred. Entrants who enter using multiple email addresses, phone numbers or aliases may be disqualified. Automatically generated entries may be disqualified.
4 The Promoter is not liable for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, incorrectly submitted, delayed or illegible entries, correspondence or claims for prizes due to error, omission, tampering, theft, destruction or otherwise.
5 Each “Forest Hill Chase memory” must be the entrant’s original work and memory. By entering this competition entrants:
(a) consent to the Promoter making copies of or publishing the whole or any part of their entry (including the “Forest Hill Chase memory”) and otherwise exploiting the entry and any rights in relation to the entry, to publicise this competition or for any other purposes;
(b) undertake to the Promoter that their entry is not, and its use by the Promoter will not be, in breach of any third party intellectual property rights;
(c) acknowledge that their entry and their name may be made publicly available by the Promoter (in its absolute discretion) and will be accessible to the general public to view;
(d) warrant that they own or have the right to license the copyright in any entry submitted by them into this competition, for the purposes of this competition, that no rights have been granted to any third party in respect of any such entry which would prevent the entry being used as contemplated by this competition, and that the use by the Promoter of any such entry will not breach any laws or infringe the rights of any person (including without limitation with respect to privacy, intellectual property and defamation);
(e) warrant that their entry does not include any content that contravenes any law, infringes the rights of any third party, is obscene, offensive, discriminatory, indecent, otherwise objectionable or inappropriate or makes any improper or inappropriate invasion of the privacy of any person. Without limitation, entrants

must not include any content that involves nudity, malice or which may be defamatory or in contempt of court; and
(f) warrant that their entry does not include any literary, dramatic or artistic work, or any other item in which copyright subsists, unless the entrant is entitled to do so.
6 The Promoter may (but is not obliged to) determine at any time, in its absolute discretion, whether or not to display any entries on the “Memory” wall, remove any entries once published on the “Memory” wall, or amend, edit or modify any entries (or any part thereof), or disqualify or invalidate any entry including (without limitation) if the Promoter is of the view that:
(a) the entry does not comply with paragraph 5; or
(b) the entry otherwise breaches these conditions of entry.
7 The draw will be conducted at the time, on the date and at the location as stated in the Draw Details.
8 The prize is as stated in the Prize Details.
9 Redemption and use of the Flight Centre voucher and currency card are subject to the terms and conditions as imposed by the relevant prize supplier including periods of validity. The winner (and their companion/s, if applicable) is responsible for ensuring that they have all necessary documents to travel to the relevant destination, including a current passport and any visas that may be required. Travel must be booked and completed within 12 months of the draw date. The Flight Centre voucher cannot be used for travel during specified event/peak/public holiday periods or any other exclusion periods as specified by the Promoter and/or the prize supplier. Once travel is booked, any changes made to the booking may incur a cancellation fee or amendment fee, at the cost of the winner. Where the Flight Centre voucher is used in part, the left over portion will be provided to the winner in the form of a Multi-Currency Cash Passport prepaid currency card.
10 The winner will be notified in accordance with the Winner Notification and Publication section of these conditions. By entering this competition, each entrant requests that his or her full address not be published.
11 The winner must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and image in promotional material.
12 The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion.
13 If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be discarded and a new winner of that prize will be determined by drawing a further valid entry in accordance with paragraph 7.
14 The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, any person (including without limitation the winner) who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the competition or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent or effect of annoying, abusing, threatening or harassing any other person or behaves in a manner which may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related bodies corporate or the agencies or companies associated with this competition, is contrary to law or is otherwise inappropriate.
15 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16 The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If the prize or any element of the prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may

substitute for that prize or element of that prize another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter, subject to the approval of the Victorian gaming authority if required.
17 If the prize has not been accepted or claimed in accordance with the Prize Claim Date and Time or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter cannot contact the drawn winner (or the drawn winner does not contact the Promoter) by the Prize Claim Date and Time, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter will conduct such further draws in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Draw Details as are necessary to distribute the prize, subject to any requirements of the Victorian gaming authority. Any winner in this draw will be notified as stated in the Unclaimed Prize Draw Winner Notification and Publication.
18 The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury, illness or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). Nothing in these conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
19 Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage, loss or delay in transit to prizes.
20 The Promoter may communicate or advertise this competition using Facebook. However, the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. Each entrant completely releases Facebook from any and all liability.
21 If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the Victorian gaming authority if required.
22 The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications arising from prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where this competition involves, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, entrants will follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
23 All entries will be the property of the Promoter. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this competition and communicating with the entrant as a VIP member of Forest Hill Chase Shopping Centre. The Promoter may collect entrants’ personal information (including through its contractors or agents) or disclose entrants’ personal information to its related companies, contractors and agents to assist in conducting this competition, storing data or communicating with entrants. By entering this competition and being a VIP member of Forest Hill Chase Shopping Centre, entrants consent to the storage of their personal information on the Promoter’s database and the Promoter may use this information for future competition and marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting the entrant via electronic messaging. By entering this competition and being a VIP member of Forest Hill Chase Shopping Centre, entrants consent to receiving SMS or email messages from the Promoter that do not contain any functional unsubscribe facility. The Promoter is bound by the Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The Promoter’s Privacy Policy, located at
