TERMS AND CONDITIONS – PUMPKIN PATCH "Summer Road Trip’’ COMPETITION
AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND
Promoter Pumpkin Patch Limited, 439 East Tamaki Road, East Tamaki, Auckland, New
Zealand.
Competition Pumpkin Patch Summer Road Trip Competition
 
Entrants Entry to the New Zealand competitions is open to New Zealand residents
21years or over and entry to the Australian competitions is open to Australian
residents aged 21 years or over.
Exclusions Employees of Promoter and the suppliers and agencies associated with this
Competition, and the immediate family of all such employees.
Entry Period • Entry Period for Competition One starts at 0900 hours (NZT) on 14th
July and ends midnight (NZT) 27th July 2014.
• Entry Period for Competition Two starts at 0900 hours (NZT) on 28th
July and ends midnight 24th August 2014 (NZT).
• Entry Period for Competition Three starts at 0900 hours (NZT) on 25th
 
August and ends midnight (NZT) 12th October 2014.
 
 
Entry
To enter, Entrants must:
• purchase any full price, new Pumpkin Patch product from the new
Season Summer 2014 collection either online or in-store (excluding
from outlet stores);
• enter the receipt or online order number at
www.pumpkinpatch.co.nz/summerroadtrip (NZ) or
www.pumpkinpatch.com.au/summerroadtrip (AUS) during the Entry
Period;
• enter the details requested;
• provide an answer in 500 words or less why their road trip would be
so special; and
• upload an image of their family or a holiday destination taken by the
Entrant.
• retain receipt or order confirmation email as proof of purchase

Prize
Determination
• Competition One at 0900 hours (NZT) on 28th July.
• Competition Two at 0900 hours (NZT) on 25th August.
• Competition Three at 0900 hours (NZT) on 13th October.
 
All judging will take place at the offices of the Promoter.
Notification Winners will be notified by email within three days of the relevant Prize
Determination.

Summer Road Trip
Prize (Prize)
 
 
There will be three Prize Winners in total in New Zealand (1 per competition
period) and three Prize Winners in total in Australia (1 per competition prize
period).
The Prize is a Family Summer Road Trip which consists of:
• 1 x $500 Pumpkin Patch Gift Card
• 1 x Volkswagen Passat Alltrack vehicle (or similar make or model as
determined in the Promoter's sole discretion) for five people to be
leased for 7 days(approx $1500)(final dates at the sole discretion of
the Promoter)
• 1 x Full tank of diesel (approx $70)
• 1 x $350 Go Pro camera
• 1 x $350 Rebel Sport gift pack (gifts as selected by the Promoter in its
sole discretion)
• 1 x $1000 Holiday Accommodation voucher (accommodation for New
Zealand Entrants will be in New Zealand and through Bookabach and
accommodation for Australian Entrants in Australia will be through

The monetary value of the Prize for New Zealand Prize Winners is in New
Zealand dollars and the monetary value of the Prize for Australian Prize
Winners is in Australian dollars (excluding the Go Pro Camera and Rebel
Sports Pack which are in New Zealand dollars).
 
As this is a family Summer Road Trip, the Summer Road Trip must be
attended by at least 1 adult and 1 child under 14 years. Although more
adults and children are able to join the Summer Road Trip at the Prize
Winner's sole discretion.
 
Total Prize Value Approx $3770 NZD
 
Prize Conditions As a condition of using the Passat Alltrack vehicle (or similar vehicle) for 7
days, the following terms and conditions will apply.
1. The Prize Winner must have a full and current New Zealand or
Australian drivers licence and be residing in New Zealand or Australia
for the duration of the prize usage period.
2. The vehicle supplied will have a full tank of fuel and will be available for
collection from the Prize Winners chosen designated Summer Road
Trip starting point (as selected by the Entrant through the registration
process) or at an alternative destination as agreed between the
Promoter and the Prize Winner. Mileage will be capped at 1,000
kilometres. The excess for this vehicle is $2000.
3. Travel to and from the designated starting point does not form part of
the Prize and is the responsibility of the Prize Winner. The vehicle does
not need to be returned with a full tank of diesel.
4. In order to collect the vehicle the Prize Winner must present their

licence and sign a Vehicle Loan Agreement at the time of collection.
5. The Prize Winner is the sole person entitled to drive the vehicle for the
one week period.
6. The Prize Winner is responsible for any costs resulting from breaches
of vehicle laws or regulations including traffic and parking fines. They
are also responsible for the payment of any tolls.
