"Geeky school kid, Andy, dreams of being a great inventor, but he’s having trouble coming up with a ‘big idea’ that will win the Science Fair and beat scheming twins April and May. What’s worse, his Dad is pressuring him to join the football team that he just happens to coach and his big brother is the star of.
Andy decides to ask the town’s resident scientist Doctor Frankenstein for advice, but on a visit to his creepy mansion he instead meets the Doctor’s teenage monster Frank, who wishes to join the football team and play with the other kids. Excitedly Andy realises that he and Frank may just be able to solve each other’s troubles by switching places; and his plan goes smoothly until he inadvertently creates a monster of his own that threatens the whole town!
With a monster problem on their hands, will the boys be able to save the town and Halloween?
