How long will the cards be available for?
Woolworths Super Animals Sound Cards will be available for five weeks (while stocks last), arriving in all Woolworths stores nationally from Wednesday 5 November 2014 until Tuesday 9 December 2014 or while stocks last.10. Can I get the Super Animals Sound Cards from other Woolworths Group Outlets?
Unfortunately purchases at other Woolworths Group outlets (inc. Petrol) will not be counted towards the promotion.
11. Can I get the Super Animals Sound Cards with purchases of gift cards, liquor or tobacco?
Due to legal restrictions, any gift card, liquor or tobacco items in the transaction will not count towards the $20 threshold.
12. How do I keep my Super Animals Sound Cards organised?
There will be a Super Animals Activity & Collectorâs Album or a Super Animals Collectorâs Tin to buy in Woolworthâs stores or through Woolworths Online. Be quick though as they may sell out.
The Super Animals Activity & Collectorâs Album will cost $5 each. Fifty cents from every album sold is donated to Taronga Conservation Society Australia to support their work in conservation. The Super Animals Collectorâs Tin will cost $2 each.
13. Are there any other items to collect other than the Super Animals Sound Cards?
There is a collection of Super Animals Sound Card Readers available to buy at Woolworths for $6 each. There are four different ones to choose from, including a lion, tiger, monkey and frog. You can use these sound card readers to hear the calls of the animals on the sound cards.
There will also be an Activity & Collectorâs Album ($5 each) to keep all your Sound Cards in. The album features interesting facts about different super animals and a range of fun games and activities. Fifty cents from every album sold is donated to Taronga Conservation Society Australia to support their work in conservation.
Plus, you can buy the Super Animals Colouring & Activity Book ($3 each), Collectorâs Tin ($2 each), Height Chart ($3 each), Melamine Plates & Bowls ($3 each) and Tumblers ($2 each).
14. What happens if I have uncompleted albums at the end of the program?
Super Animals Sound Cards are designed to be shared and swapped amongst friends. The Collectibles Swap Day at your local Woolworths store will provide a fun and safe environment where Collectors can trade cards to work towards completing their set of 108 cards. A Swap Day will be held Saturday 6th December from 10am â 2pm in all stores.
To help you collect the whole set, we've also created the Super Animals SwapZone on our Facebook Page. The SwapZone will help you share customised posts with your Facebook friends, so you can swap your way to a complete collection.
15. Are you planning on extending the program?
No, the program will run for 5 weeks and come to an end on 9th December (while stocks last).
16. Is there a limit of purchase per customer?
There are no set limits on purchasing the Super Animals merchandise in store. Online purchase limits of 5 albums per order apply.
17. Do I have to buy the Super Animals Sound Card Reader to participate in this promotion?
The Sound Card Reader is designed as an enjoyable way to hear the calls of the animals featured on the Sound Cards. However, you can still enjoy the fun facts and activities without the Sound Card Reader.
18. Can I pay for more cards?
For every $20 spent in store or online, Woolworthâs customers will receive 1 FREE pack of 4 Super Animals Sound Cards. You will not be able to directly purchase the cards.
19. How long will the Sound Card Reader last?
The Sound Card Reader can last for approximately 5,000 Sound Card swipes with normal use. The batteries can be replaced if they run out (please refer to packaging for instructions on how to replace the batteries).
20. What happens if children accumulate doubles of the Super Animals Sound Cards?
Woolworths will be hosting a Swap Day at Woolworths stores so you can trade your spare cards and work towards completing your collection of 108 cards. The Swap Day will be held Saturday 6th December from 10 â 2pm in all stores.

23. How do Swap Days work?
Simply head into your local store on our Swap Day with your Super Animals Sound Cards. You can swap your doubles with other customers for the cards you need.
24. I missed the Swap Day at my local store, what can I do?
You can also go to our Facebook page and swap your cards through our SwapZone App.
25. What is the SwapZone app?
To help you collect the whole set, we've created the Super Animals SwapZone on our Facebook Page. The SwapZone will help you share customised posts with your Facebook friends, so you can swap your way to a complete collection. It's easy and fun to do!
26. I am concerned you are directing children online on to Facebook to use your SwapZone app.
The Super Animals SwapZone on Facebook is designed for parents to assist their children in completing their card collection. Parents can use the zone to swap and share cards privately amongst their Facebook friend network.
27. I haven't completed my DreamWorks Heroes or Aussie Animals (1 or 1.5) collection, can I get those cards instead?
Unfortunately the DreamWorks Action and Aussie Animals promotions are over and these cards are no longer available.
But our Super Animals Sound Cards are now available. There are 108 unique cards to collect and a fun and educational album to organise and display your cards plus an exciting Sound Card Reader to hear the animalsâ calls.
28. Is there a way to get extra Super Animals Sound Cards without spending more money?
Throughout the five weeks customers can purchase selected products promoted in store and online to receive a BONUS pack of cards for each product they buy.
