Husky's latest album Ruckers Hill is named after a spot in Northcote and boasts a sound that is slightly different to the band’s debut, but still the “Husky sound”. It was recorded at Echidna Studios in Christmas Hills, around an hour out of Melbourne. The album was mixed by Phil Ek (Fleet Foxes, The Shins, Band of Horses) except for the single ‘I’m Not Coming Back’ which was mixed by Peter Katis (The National).
