1. By participating in the Moss Furniture Competition, each participant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions are binding.
2. The promoter is TMA, trading as TMA Consolidated, ABN 46 155 493 253, Suite 502, Level 5 at 5 Hunter Street, Sydney.
3. The Promotion commences at 09.00 on Tuesday 7th October 2014 and closes at 17.00 on Friday 30th January 2015 (Promotion Period).
4. Entry is open to Sydney residents only who are over 18 years of age.
HOW TO ENTER
5. To enter this Promotion, you must enter your first name, last name, email address, post code and submit a photo of your current home with the hash tag #winmossfurniture
6. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into with entrants.
7. Multiple entries are not permitted.
8. Entrants can only enter in their own name. The use of automatic entry software, mechanical or electronic devices that allows an individual to automatically enter the competition is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.
9. Employees of the Promoter and Moss Furniture, immediate family members of any employee, and any associated company or agency of the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
JUDGING AND PRIZES
10. Announcement of the winner will take place at Suite 502, Level 5 at 5 Hunter Street, Sydney at 17.00 (AEDT) on Monday 2nd February 2015 as determined by Moss Furniture.
11. The winner of the first prize will receive;
$5000 worth of Moss Furniture products
Free home styling consultation by a Moss Furniture stylist
20% off all Moss Furniture products to use for future purchases
The winner of the second prize includes the following:

12. The winners of this competition will be notified via email to their nominated email addresses at 18:00 on Monday 2nd February 2015, In this email the winners will be sent instructions to redeem their prize. It is the responsibility of the winners to follow the instructions provided to redeem their prizes.
13. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be sold, exchanged for cash or redeemed at a later date. Should a winner choose not to redeem, the prize is deemed as automatically forfeited.
14. If the winners cannot be contacted, the Promoter has the right to select a new winner on Wednesday 4th February 2015.
15. The prize is subject to availability at time of booking.
16. The prize must be taken by Monday 2nd August 2015. Terms and conditions apply.
17. In the event for any reason a winner does not take an element of the prize by the time stipulated then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize.
18. Prize values are GST inclusive and are in Australian dollars. Prize values are the recommended retail value as provide by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
19. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation.
20. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements.
21. The promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary fit to receive the prize.
22. The Promoter and Moss Furniture and associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to alter the rules of the competition at any time.

24. The details contained in your entry are protected by security safeguards of the Promoter and Moss Furniture. Moss Furniture will only access all details obtained for communication purposes only.
