1. The ‘Start Fresh (Promotion) is operated by Stay in Bed Milk and Bread Pty Ltd (ABN: 39 115 166 982) trading as 'Aussie Farmers Direct' of 50-54 Clayton Rd, Clayton, VIC, 3168 (referred to as Aussie Farmers Direct, AFD or Promoter).
2. The Promotion will operate from 12:00am AEST Monday 22nd December 2014 and finishes at 11:59pm AEST on Saturday 24th January 2015 (Promotion Period).
3. You agree to the terms and conditions of the Promotion by submitting your entry for the Promotion. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid. Information on how to enter the promotion form part of these conditions of entry.

5. To submit a complete and valid entry, entrants will be required to have received an order/s valued at $10 or more during the promotional period in order to go into the draw to win 1 year of lawn mowing & house cleaning services from VIP home services.
6. There is 1 Grand Prize to be won:

b. The total prize value $3900; based on the fortnightly service from VIP Garden Maintenance & House Cleaning

10. The prize winner will be notified by one of the following methods:
a. Via telephone on 28th January 2015 by an Aussie Farmers Direct representative
b. Via Facebook and newsletter announcement

11. In the event the Promoter is unable to contact the winners of the prize 3 months from the date of the draw, the
Promoter will conduct a further electronic re-draw at 50-54 Clayton Road, Clayton 3168 using the only service Draw My Comp – Randem Media who are at 103/56 Bowman St Pyrmont NSW 2009 who are approved for use in Australia (NSW approval Number 525 and SA Approval Number 959) at 9:00am Wednesday 29th April 2015. The winner will be notified in writing.
12. On the draw date, the Promoter will publish the names of the winners on the Promoters website AussieFarmers.com.au and social media page

13. In the event that any portion of the Grand Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other
information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.
