Licener “Back to School Essential” competition
Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to the “Back to School Essential” competition
(“Competition”). Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any
other material relating to the Competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

Commences: Monday 12 January 2015
Concludes: Friday 13 February 2015 4.00pm (CST)
Judging: Tuesday 17 February 2015
Prize winners notified by: Friday 20 February 2015
Conditions of Entry
Information on how to enter and details of prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Only entries
that are submitted and comply with these Terms and Conditions may take part in this Competition.
The promoter is Mayne Pharma International Pty Ltd (ABN 88 007 870 984) of Level 14, 474 Flinders
Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 (Mayne Pharma).
How to Enter
Entrants must visit the Competition webpage
https://www.licener.com.au/win submit their name,
email, phone, postcode and their tip for keeping everyone happy at back to school time, by way of a
text entry (25 words or less) and an optional original photograph (max. file size 2MB). Incomplete
entries, and entries received after the close of the Competition, will be ineligible.
Who May Enter
Entry is open to Australian residents over the age of 18, excluding:
(a) directors, management and employees or contractors of Mayne Pharma or its related
companies and agencies;
(b) the spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, or sibling of such directors,
management, employees and contractors (whether or not they live in the same household); and
(c) employees of any of third parties involved with the promotion.
Entries can only be made in an individual’s own name, and no entry can be made for or on behalf of
any other person. Only one entry is allowed per person.Judging Process
This Competition is a game of skill judged on originality and merit of the idea. Chance plays no part
in determining the winners. All entries will be judged individually on their merits. The best entries, as
determined by the judges in their sole and absolute discretion, will win a prize. There will be a total
of 8 of prize winners.
Judging will take place at 10:30am (CST) on Tuesday 17th February by a panel of Mayne Pharma
employees, at 1538 Main North Road, Salisbury South, SA 5106. The judges’ decision in relation to
any aspect of the Competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not
transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation
(including cash).
Entries that are considered unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene,
profane, sexually orientated, racially offensive, contain objectionable content or are otherwise
deemed inappropriate will not be deemed valid and rejected. In addition, Mayne Pharma reserves
the right to disqualify any entry where:
(a) it reasonably suspects that such materials are prohibited by, or not in accordance with,
these Terms and Conditions or any relevant law;
(b) the entrant fails to establish that they are eligible to enter the Competition to Mayne
Pharma’s satisfaction;
(c) the entrant tampers with, or benefits from any tampering with, the entry process or the
operation of the Competition; or
(d) the entrant acts in a disruptive manner with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass
any other person.
This is at Mayne Pharma’s absolute discretion and discussions will not be entered into.
Mayne Pharma may, in its absolute discretion, require entrants to validate their entry in the
Competition at any time during the Competition prior to being eligible to claim a prize. Mayne
Pharma reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an
entrant’s identity, age and place of residence). Mayne Pharma also reserves the right to request
winners to provide proof of identity and residency at the nominated prize delivery address.
Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Mayne Pharma. Errors and omissions will be accepted at Mayne Pharma’s discretion. Failure by Mayne Pharma to enforce any
of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Winner Notification
Prize winners will be notified via the phone number supplied at the time of entry, by close of
business on Friday 20th February 2015. Prize winners must provide their postal address to receive
their prize. The names of the prize winners will be included on the Competition webpage
https://www.licener.com.au/win on Monday 23rd February 2015.
Prizes
1st – 3rd prize: Coles Myer Voucher $250
4th – 8th prize: Licener Head Lice Treatment Pack comprised of 3 bottles of Licener Single Treatment
head lice shampoo
Total prize value: $1,050. The value of the prizes is accurate as at the commencement of this
Competition. Mayne Pharma and its associated parties accept no responsibility for any variation in
the value of a prize after that date.
Voucher prizes will be posted to the winners via Registered Australia Post to the address provided at
the time of notification of winning. Licener product prizes will be posted to the winners via Standard
Australia Post to the address provided at the time of notification of winning. Mayne Pharma will not
be liable or responsible to provide any replacement or compensation if the prize is lost or delayed
for any reason, or is not received by the winner due to incorrect or imprecise delivery details
provided by an entrant.
If any prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable, Mayne Pharma reserves the right to substitute the
prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification at its absolute discretion.
Should the winner of any prize not claim the prize, or if Mayne Pharma is unable to locate a winner
of a prize by Friday 6th March, 2015, the prize will be forfeited by the winner and Mayne Pharma
shall have no liability whatsoever towards the prize winner.
Use of PhotographsAny photo submitted as part of an entry must be original and must not infringe upon the copyright
or privacy of any third party. Each entrant warrants that they have obtained all necessary consents
to take, submit and share any image supplied.
If a third party makes a claim against Mayne Pharma that a photograph submitted to this
Competition infringes the copyright or privacy of any third party, the Entrant must provide, at their
own cost, all reasonable assistance relating to such claim.
Publicity & Promotion
Following submission, all entries – including photographs – become and remain the property of
Mayne Pharma. Entries will not be returned to any entrant. Mayne Pharma has the right to use and
copy the entries in any manner it determines in its sole discretion, and to authorise other parties to
do so, without limitation. Entry into the Competition constitutes consent to any such use and
copying without attribution or payment of any fee or consideration to an entrant.
All personal details supplied will not be shared with any outside parties, unless Mayne Pharma is
required by law to do so. Mayne Pharma reserves the right to use your supplied email to inform you
about the Competition and for future marketing initiatives regarding Mayne Pharma’s other
products, services, publications and events. You are able to unsubscribe from email marketing at any
time by emailing
privacy@maynepharma.com or following the instructions contained in any
marketing email.
Other Conditions of Entry
Any cost associated with accessing the Competition website is the entrant’s responsibility and is
dependent on the internet service provider used.
If any act or omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of
Mayne Pharma which prevents Mayne Pharma from complying with these Terms and Conditions
(including awarding any part of the prizes), Mayne Pharma will not be liable for any failure to
perform or delay in performing its obligations. Mayne Pharma reserves the right (subject to any
applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition at any time.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Mayne Pharma (including its officers,
employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any
loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the
following: (a) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (b) any entry or prize claim
that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Mayne
Pharma) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Mayne Pharma; (c) any variation in
prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (d) use of a prize/taking of a prize.
By submitting an entry to this Competition, the entrant acknowledges and agrees that it has read,
understood and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of entry
