Global musical comedy sensations The Axis of Awesome return to the Adelaide Fringe Festival in 2015. This year they will be spoiling the beautiful surrounds of the Aurora Spiegeltent in The Garden of Unearthly Delights on Saturday February 21 & Sunday February 22 with their unique brand of hilarious musical comedy.
Having debuted their brand new live show, Viva La Vida Loca Las Vegas at the Melbourne and Sydney International Comedy Festivals in 2014, it’s now Adelaide’s turn. Audiences will be treated to a solid mixture of spanking new tunes and classic Axis hits that have won them fans all over the world.
Described by The British Theatre Guide as “brilliantly witty”, The Axis of Awesome are going from strength to strength. They’ve performed officially sold-out seasons at the Edinburgh Fringe for six years, toured all over the world and they recently won Best Online Channel at the Online Video Awards (OVAs).
Since smashing it at MICF and SCF earlier this year, the tireless trio have been busy filming their brand new on line series, Axis All Areas, a collaboration between The Axis Of Awesome, YouTube and Screen Australia. Axis All Areas can be viewed on their YouTube channel
