This January & February our Swim School is giving one lucky family the opportunity to win the trip of a lifetime!

Simply by enrolling in our swim school between now and February 15th, you could win a family holiday to the Disneyland Resort in California!

The prize includes return economy airfares, 7 nights accommodation for 2 adults and 2 kids and a 4 day family resort pass to Disneyland Resort in California for a total value of up to $15,000.

Our valued families already enrolled in our program can also enter simply by referring another family to our program and if a member of that family enrols, the nominating family is entered. Entries via this method for existing customers are unlimited.

 

 

Terms and Conditions are as follows:

    Entry into the competition deems acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of entry.
    One winner will be drawn from Health Club membership entries and another winner will be drawn from Swim School membership entries for a total of two (2) separate prizes.
    The promotion will commence on 19th January 2015 and conclude on 15th March 2015.
    Entry is open to Australian residents only. The promoter’s employees and their immediate families, its related companies and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter/win.
    Entry to the competition will be granted upon the purchase of any Swim School or Health Club membership during the above period. All entrants will receive a ticket into the draw. Current members, who refer another new member who enrols, will also receive a ticket into the draw. Multiple tickets may be awarded for more than one new enrolment referral. Referrals and therefore tickets awarded maybe numerous.

    No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected mail.
    The draws for each separate prize will be held on Monday 16th March 2015 at the 20 Longstaff Rd, Bayswater, Victoria, 3153 at 12pm. The winner will be the first name drawn at random from a barrel containing the entry forms of all entrants. Entries will be treated equally and have an equal chance of being drawn. The draw will be supervised and winner announced by the Belgravia Leisure Operations Assistant.
    The winner will be notified by telephone on Monday 16th March 2015 where possible and a confirmation letter will be mailed with details as to how to claim the prize. Delivery of the prize will take places within one week of the winner being announced.
    The winners of the prizes will be published on the website of Belgravia Leisure (www.belgravialeisure.com.au) for 28 days from Monday 16th March 2015, at Reception of Belgravia Leisure and the participating Centres.
    Attendance at the draw is not compulsory to be eligible to win the prize.
    In the event that prizes are not claimed within 1 week a redraw will occur on Monday 23rd March 2015  at 12pm at 20 Longstaff Rd, Bayswater, Victoria, 3153
         Each prize will be a family holiday for up to 4 people (2 adults & 2 children) to Disneyland Resort, California, USA for 7 nights including return economy flights from each winners nearest airport to Los Angeles Airport, Accommodation and a 4 day Family Disneyland Resort Pass. Only transfers to and from Los Angeles Airport to Accommodation are included (Total prize value for each prize is a maximum of $15,000.00AUD); Prize may not be claimed during these Block out periods = 3rd April – 12th April and must be taken before December 1st 2015.
        No spending money is included in the prize.
    Prize must be claimed before April 1st 2014 at which time it become invalid.
    The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash and no alternate prize will be offered.

17. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, by any person as a result of using the prize, except for any liability which can not be excluded by law.

18. Entry into the promotion consents to use each winner’s name and photographs for publicity purposes.
