Cal returns to Brisbane with a brand new hour of stand up, reminding us all why she is one of Australia's most popular comedians.
Hilarious, fearless and assured, Cal is a world-class stand up. She is one of the few (adopted) Australians to have appeared three times at the prestigious, invitation-only Montreal Just for Laughs festival. She then stormed the Edinburgh Fringe when she returned last year off the back of her appearances on QI. It was Cal’s first Edinburgh in 10 years and she was greeted by five-star reviews.
But most Australians know Cal from her many TV appearances. In 2014, she co-hosted the Melbourne
International Comedy Festival Gala and in 2013 she was a team captain on both Channel 7’s SlideShow
and the Melbourne Comedy Festival Great Debate. Cal has also been in huge demand for panel shows as
a regular guest on Working Dog’s Have You Been Paying Attention?, ABC TV’s Spicks and Specks and
Network Ten’s Good News Week.
