SEQ Lakeside Escapes Tented Camping for Two:
Tented accommodation is configured for two adults and includes basic equipment for comfortable camping excluding personal toiletries.
The camp site will be fully erected and ready for occupancy.
The Welcome Hamper of Somerset Produce:
The hamper includes olive products, wines and an Angus Beef BBQ pack on a self-serve self-cook basis. The hamper will be available on arrival at the camp site.
Prize winners must provide all other meals, drinks, condiments and accompaniments themselves on a self-catering basis.
Cormorant Bay Cafe’ Breakfast for Two:
Breakfast is off the menu to the value of $50 for two adults dining together.

Woongooroo Estate Wine and Cheese Matching Experience:
Voucher provided may be redeemed by visit to the winery until 30 June 2015.

Massage for Two:
Masseuse will come to the camp ground to provide the service at lakeside.
Pregnant women, clients with back injuries or underlying medical conditions may be provided hand and foot massage instead.
Pterodactyl Helicopter Flights:
Fly/drive helicopter transfer and scenic flight picks up from Brisbane Airport, City Hotels, Archerfield, Ipswich CBD or Pterodactyl’s Lake Manchester Hangar. Passengers need to arrange for their vehicle to be delivered to the camp ground by a friend who is then treated with a return flight back to base. All flights are covered by airline passenger liability insurance. Helicopters seat a maximum of 3 passengers. Pterodactyl Helicopters Pty Ltd reserve the right to refuse carriage – intoxicated persons will be refused carriage – with no penalty or compensation. All flights are subject to pilot discretion, weather conditions and availability. If a flight is cancelled by the pilot due to weather conditions alternate ground transport may be arranged to complete the journey to the camp ground with no penalty or compensation. Pterodactyl Helicopters Pty Ltd will not accept liability for failure to make connections with any other service. Passenger and luggage weight restrictions apply for all flights. Passenger and luggage weights are required on all bookings – oversize passengers may be required to pay for additional seats. Should a client advise a weight variance of more than 10%, the pilot reserves the right to cancel the flight with no penalty or compensation. Disabled passengers: Please advise the level of assistance required and whether the passengers are in a wheelchair so that we can accommodate their needs with ease. Please note that wheelchairs cannot be carried on the aircraft. Pterodactyl staff are not permitted to lift any passengers. Please note that our ground vehicles are not equipped with a lifting device and we suggest the use of specialist taxi’s (at own cost) with lifting devices in the event the passenger has very limited or nil mobility. Child Age/Infant Policy: Infants are classified as 0-2 years, and may travel free of charge, on their parent’s lap at the discretion of the pilot in command. Please note that only one infant may travel unrestrained per aircraft. Children classified as 3 - 12 years of age inclusive, must be accompanied by an adult on the flight. Weather: As helicopter flights and camping are subject to weather conditions, the providers reserve the right in the case of impending inclement weather to postpone the booking in advance at short notice and rebook a mutually agreeable date with no penalty or compensation. No refund or compensation will be provided for inclement weather once travel or camping has commenced. No Show: Failure to arrive on time for the allocated helicopter flight may result in cancellation of that flight with no penalty or compensation. Failure to take up any component of the prize on the date and times booked may result in cancellation of that component with no penalty or compensation. Postponement: The booking may be postponed with 48 hours’ notice provided the new dates are booked prior to 30 June 2015. Cancellation: No cancellations will be accepted within 48 hours of the original booking. In this case the whole prize will be deemed lost and any claim to redeem components will be at the discretion of the individual provider.
b) The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash and must be taken by 30 June 2015.
c) Limit of one prize per person.
d) Any additional expenses incurred by the prize winners, other than those outlined in these terms and conditions, are the responsibility of the winners. Prize winners are themselves subject to the specific terms and conditions of the providers.
e) To book the prize the winner should contact The Esk Visitor Information Centre on (07) 54242923 at least two weeks in advance of their preferred dates as booking is subject to availability of all the components in combination.
f) The prize is a combination of services and products provided by separate and individual providers. The prize must be booked and taken as a whole together and contiguously over the period of two days as intended by the promoter and not separated into separate components unless stated otherwise or specifically agree to by individual providers under the terms and conditions.
g) The winner may surrender any component of the prize at any time, in which case that component may be deemed lost and may not be redeemed at a later date.
4. Competition period: The competition commences 18 February 2015 and closes COB 28 February 2015.
5. How to enter: Complete the entry form by providing full name, email address and postcode.
6. Eligibility: To be eligible to enter this competition a person must: a) Be a permanent resident of the State of Queensland b) Not be an employee or contracted staff of Brisbane Marketing, a sub-unit of administration of the Promoter; and c) Be over the age of 18 (proof of age may be required to receive prize) or have the consent of one of his or her parents or guardians to enter the competition.
7. Competition Draw: The winners will be drawn at random. The decision shall be conclusive and no correspondence will be entered into. The drawing of the prizes will be conducted at Brisbane Marketing at 157 Ann St Brisbane QLD 4000.
8. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by email at 5pm 2 March 2015. If no reply email is received within two working day the prize will be redrawn.
9. Brisbane Marketing will email the link to access the tickets to the winner to the email provided on the entry form.
10. Persons who enter this competition by completing the online entry form are and ticking the box to become a Visit Brisbane subscriber are subscribing to the Visit Brisbane email newsletter. By subscribing to the Visit Brisbane email newsletter they are agreeing to receive email marketing from Visit Brisbane.
11. No Liability of Promoter: The Promoter accepts no responsibility whatsoever for late, misplaced, lost or ineligible entries. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury sustained in connection with the entry into the competition or acceptance of the prize. This paragraph is not intended to exclude any liability which cannot be excluded under Australian consumer protection laws. Any such liability is limited to the resupply of the prize.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions and/or to cancel the competition at any time prior to the competition opening without further recourse to the entrants.
