ELIGIBILITY:

To be eligible for this Contest, an individual must be a legal resident of Australia and 18 years of age or older.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, their related bodies corporate and companies or agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to win this promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter believes either has tampered with the entry process or has submitted an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

HOW TO ENTER:

Visit, www.thomasfarmsstakes.com.au and follow the links to the app store to download the free Oakbank Horse Racing app to play.
After installing the game on your phone, you are ready to play the Oakbank Horse Racing game.
To complete the game, you must aim to finish the race in the shortest amount of time. Tap the screen to accelerate and move the screen from side to side to avoid obstacles and other horses competing in the race.
When the race has finished, register your details in order to submit your score to the leader board. The player with the highest score at the end of the competition date will win the major prize.
LIMITATION TO ENTRY:

To be eligible to enter this competition you must be able to download the Oakbank Horse Racing Application to a mobile phone, complete at least one (1) race and register to submit a score to the leader board at least once (1) during the competition period.
The Oakbank Horse Racing Application will be ready for download and open for game play prior to the competition entry timeline. Any registrations (entries) to the leaderboard during this period will be cleared just prior to the beginning of the competition period starting and will be invalid.
Withdrawal of Entry: If an entrant submits an entry and later wishes to have it removed from, or not posted to the intended contest, they should contact Hybrid Digital on (08) 8113 0400 during business hours.
All mobile application entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database NOT the time of transmission by the entrant.

There will be one major prize winner, who will receive;

A 2015 Emirates Melbourne Cup Racing Carnival Experience Package, including two tickets to the Melbourne Cup for the winner and a friend on Tuesday 4th November, twin share accommodation in Melbourne CBD and two return flights from Adelaide to Melbourne.
The winner and their selected friend must be 18 years of age or over
This major prize is valued at just under $3,000.
These prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility if the event is cancelled, or the date is re-scheduled for any reason whatsoever. If the prize or any part of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoters’ control, the Promoter will endeavour but is not obliged to provide a substitute prize of equivalent value, subject to the written directions of any relevant State Authorities.

WINNER SELECTION:

The winners will be selected via the highest score on the leader board at the end of the competition period.
Once the Prize Winner has been selected, they will be notified by phone and email.
The decision of the judges is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or any instructions or directions on this site, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition.
