Terms and Conditions
 
1. This Competition is conducted by Reckitt Benckiser (Australia) Pty Limited (ABN 17 003 274 655) of
44 Wharf Road, West Ryde, 2114 NSW Australia, phone number 1800 022 046. (“Promoter”).
 
 
2. Entry into the Competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. All entry instructions
and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these terms and conditions.
 
 
Promotional Period
 
3. Competition opens at 17:00 AEST on 14th April 2015 and closes at 17:00 AEST on 26th May 2015
("Promotional Period"). All times and dates are in Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) unless
otherwise specified. All times are stated using the 24 hour clock. 00:01 hours is the start of a day and
24:00 hours is the end of the day.
 
Eligibility to Enter
 
4. This Competition is only open to Eligible Entrants. An Eligible Entrant is an individual who is an
Australian resident aged 18 years or older ("Eligible Entrant").
 
5. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this
Competition are ineligible to enter.
 
 
How to Enter
 
6. To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
 
a. Visit the Competition entry page at www.finishsimplybrilliant.com and input all requested
information including the Eligible Entrant's full name, email address, date of birth, gender and
postcode;
 
b. Confirm agreement to these terms and conditions; and
 
c. Submit the fully completed entry form.
 
("Entry")
 
7. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Any incorrect details submitted may
render the corresponding Entry invalid.
 
8. Multiple Entries are permitted into the Prize Draw, subject to the following:
a. Only one (1) initial Entry permitted per Eligible Entrant in accordance with clause 4;
b. If an Eligible Entrant who has submitted an Entry shares their Entry via Facebook ("Facebook
Post") and a friend or friends click on the Facebook Post and successfully submit/s their own Entry
into the Competition, as per clause 6, the Eligible Entrant will automatically receive an additional
Entry into the Competition.
 
The Prize
 
9. There will be one (1) Prize Winner who will win $7280.00 worth of Woolworths Groceries Only Gift
Cards.
 
10. The Prize comprises of one (1) x $606.67 Woolworths Groceries Only Gift Card a month, over a period
of 12 months ("Prize").
 
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
 
a. any late, lost or misdirected entries; or
 
b. instances where Eligible Entrants are not entered into the prize draw due to forces beyond
the Promoter’s control.

12. The Prize is subject to the Woolworths Essentials Card and Groceries Only Card Terms and

Prize Draw and Winner Notification
 
13. The Prize draw will take place at 12:00PM AEST on 29th May 2015 at Handling Matters, 1/3 Green
Street, Brookvale, NSW 2100 ("Prize Draw").
 
14. The Eligible Entrant of the first valid Entry drawn will be the Winner (“Winner”). The Winner will be
notified by email within two (2) days of the Prize Draw and the Winner's name, suburb and state will be
published on www.finishsimplybrilliant.com.au for a period of 28 days after the Prize Draw. The Prize
will be delivered via Australia Post, to the Winner's residence in Australia, being the address specified
on the Entry by the Winner, within 28 days of confirmation and verification of the Winner.
 
15. The Competition is a game of chance.
 
16. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
 
17. To be eligible to claim the Prize, the Winner must reply to the Promoter's notification email with the
requested contact details, including full name, postal address and phone number, or confirm his or her
contact details over the phone within 72 hours of the Promoter's notification email.
 
18. Subject to the unclaimed Prize draw clause, in the event that for any reason whatsoever the Winner is
found to be ineligible, or does not take the Prize or an element of the Prize within three months of the
Prize Draw then the Prize or that element of the Prize will be forfeited by the Winner and cash will not
be awarded in lieu of the Prize or that element of the Prize.
 
19. If the Prize (or any part of the Prize) is unavailable, the Promoters, in their discretion, reserve the right
to substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) with a reward of equal or greater value and/or
specification, unless to do so would be prohibited by law and subject to any written directions from a
regulatory authority.
 
 
 
 
 
 
20. If required, an unclaimed prize draw may take place on 29 August 2015 at the same time and place as
the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The same notification,
publication and delivery method will apply as specified in clause 14 for the original Prize Draw
General Conditions
 
21. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications.
Entries will be deemed void if illegitimate, forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
 
 
22. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age and residential address of a Winner.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who breaches any of the terms and
conditions of this Competition, or is involved in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated
to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Competition or interferes or tampers with the conduct
of this Competition.
 
23. The Winner of the Prize agrees to be bound by Woolworths Groceries Only Card Terms & Conditions

24. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or
modify any statutory consumer guarantees or any implied condition or warranty the exclusion of which
from these terms and conditions would contravene any statute or cause any part of these terms and
conditions to be void (“Non-Excludable Guarantee”). Subject to the limitations in the preceding
sentence, the Promoter excludes from these terms and conditions all conditions, warranties and terms
implied by statute, general law or custom. Except for liability in relation to a Non Excludable
Guarantee, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability whether
arising in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise for any personal injury or
any other loss or damage (including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss of profits) whether
direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, without
limitation, the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under
the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry, or
Prize that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the
Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any tax implications;
(e) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these terms and conditions of entry; (f) any tax liability
incurred by an Eligible Entrant; and/or (f) the Prize or use of the Prize.
 
25. The Promoter collects personal information from Entries for the purpose of conducting this
Competition and may for this purpose disclose such information to third parties, including, but not
limited to its Prize suppliers, overseas recipients such as the Promoter’s offices overseas located in
[insert countries], and for any purpose required under Australian lottery legislation or any other
regulatory authority Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may also use
personal information for promotional purposes including for sending direct marketing material. By
entering this Competition, Eligible Entrants consent to the use of their information as described and
agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it,
including overseas recipients such as the Promoters related companies, in any media for future
promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant,
including sending the entrant electronic messages. Eligible Entrants may opt out of receiving any
direct marketing material and may elect to provide a pseudonym in lieu of providing their full name.
The Promoter's privacy policy contains information about how an individual may access, correct and/or
update their personal information held about them and to complain about a potential privacy breach.

26. Should an Eligible Entrant’s contact details change during the Promotional Period, it is the Eligible
Entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided
in an entry should be directed to inquiry@rb.com or by phone on 1800 022 046 during office hours.
 
27. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or
lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical
problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, (including
but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or
resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials related to this Competition.
 
28. Prize value is correct at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility
for change in Prize value between now and the ultimate redemption date.
 
29. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form
determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
 
30. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Eligible
Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. The
information an Eligible Entrant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in this Terms and Conditions
document. Any questions, comments or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the Promoter and
not to Facebook.
 
31. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders
the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the Competition on the dates and in the manner described in
these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural
disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute
discretion cancel the Competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, unless to
do so would be prohibited by law.
 
32. If for any reason whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter this Competition is not
capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action
that may be available, unless to do so would be prohibited by law, to (a) disqualify any entrant; and/or
(b) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to any written direction given by a
regulatory authority.
