The competition commences on 20 May 2015 and finishes on 22 July 2015.
The competition consists of one prize in total. The winner will receive a seven-day Hitop rental, including free hire of two camp chairs, one camp table, one gas bottle refill and one-way fee for all branches. Standard vehicle liability and bond of $5000 applies.
The prize will be valid from 1 August 2015 to 1 August 2016. Booking date must be a minimum of four weeks prior to the pick-up date. Vehicle availability is subject to change. $5000 liability/bond are not included and is payable by prize winner (bond is debited from the credit card and non-refundable credit card fees apply). Optional reduction options are available to be paid by the winner. Other optional extras including petrol and transit to and from Apollo branches are not included in the above and are payable by the winner. Any unused days are forfeit. Blackout dates: V8 Supercars Bathurst Weekend and Moto GP Phillip Island weekend 2015, Australian School Holiday periods 2015-2016, 15th Dec 2015-15th Jan 2016, 22nd-31st March 2016 (Easter). Valid for hire from all Australian Apollo branches except Broome and Hobart. Gvt taxes and credit card fees not included.
Prize value is in Australian dollars. The minimum individual prize value is $700. Total prize pool valued at up to $700. The prize value is subject to the season in which the winner books the van.

10. The winner will be drawn through a random process.
11. All draws will take place at the RAA, 101 Richmond Rd, Mile End on 28 July at 2pm.
12. The first entry drawn that fulfils the competition entry criteria will win the prize.
13. The winner will be notified by email, mail or phone within 14 days of the draw date.
14. The winner will be published in the spring edition of samotor, published on 19 August 2015.
15. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or taken for cash.
16. The promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
(i) inaccurate / incorrect transcription of entry information;

(v) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;
(vi) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition;
(vii) any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or
(viii) any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant's or any other person's computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
