Terms and conditions
1. Instructions on how to enter and prize information forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in any competition is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promoter is Print & Digital Publishing Pty Ltd (ABN 50 125 441 812) of 41, Bridge Rd, Glebe 2037 (Promoter).
3. Competition closes 10am, Tuesday June 16, 2015.
4. Winner and runner-ups will be notified on via email
5. Total value of the winning prize is $1479.00 (including GST)
6. This experience is designed for two guests (i.e. 1 x driver plus a ‘non-driving’ passenger)
7. Comprehensive vehicle insurance (bond not required - conditions apply*)
8. Eligible to drivers aged between 25-75 years who have held a valid and complete driver's licence for a minimum period of 3 years
9. A security deposit or credit-card bond is NOT required however comprehensive vehicle insurance is included on the provision that a maximum 'at-fault' insurance-excess of $10,000 applies to each driver.
10. Prancing Horse provide drivers with the option to halve their excess to $5,000 by additional payment of $99 however this cannot be waived entirely.
11. Experience must be taken during March or April 2016.
12. Dates, restaurants and vehicles subject to availability.
13. Innocent Bystander runner-up voucher must be redeemed between June 17 and 30 September, 2015.
14. Innocent Bystander runner-up voucher must be redeemed in one, single, sitting and cannot be redeemed for cash or other services.
15. It is a condition of redeeming this runner-up voucher that you spend a minimum of $150 in one visit, of which the $50 will be deducted.
16. The total value of this prize promotion is under $5000, so Time Out is eligible to judge this competition as a game of chance.
17. Entry is open to residents of Australia only. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter.
18. One entry per person and per household. Multiple entries from the same person or same household will be disqualified.
19. The promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize. Transport to and from an event and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to, at any time, verify an entry or entrant and disqualify an entrant the Promoter has reason to believe has submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
22. All entries in the competition become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information from entrants to conduct the competition and may, in the course of business, disclose the personal information to third parties, as required. Entry in this competition is conditional on provision of the personal information requested. Entries may be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the entrants' names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity in various forms by the Promoter, and the entrant consents to such use. Entrants may direct any request to access their personal information to the Promoter. Additionally, all literary works submitted as part of an entry become the property of the Promoter and it is a condition of entry that those literary works may be used by the Promoter for their own promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without restriction. The promoter may share the entry details with the prize provider.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition without notice.
24. The Promoter is not liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity) or damage (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or inconsequential loss) or personal injury in relation to this competition or the use of, or participation in, the prize.
25. Terms and conditions of any prize tickets must be adhered to. Some events have age restrictions and these must also be adhered to.
26. Prizes can only be sent to addresses in Australia and any tickets are only valid in Australia.
27. These Terms & Conditions will bind this and any future entry by you into a competition on this site and may be updated from time to time.
