The discs can be purchased for $25 from Complete Physiotherapy Carine or online at this website. All profits from the sale of DVDs will be used to fund men's health research at the University of Western Australia.

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is open to persons over 18 years of age and Western Australian residents only. Employees of Fairfax Digital Australia and New Zealand Pty Limited, the promoter, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Only one entry per person is permitted. All duplicate entries will be removed prior to the prize draw.

4. Thereare three prizes to be given away for the duration of the competition. The draw will take place at 2pm AWST, Friday 3 July, at Fairfax Digital, Level 1, 169 Hay Street East Perth. All winners will be notified by phone and/or email. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Prize details are as follows: Three winners will receive a JOGA! 4 MEN DVD, valued at $25.
7. The promoter may conduct further draws at the same time and place as the original draw as is necessary on, in order to distribute a prize if unclaimed.
8. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
