with final entries to be received at 2pm on Tuesday 21 July 2015.The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries at 10.00am on Thursday 23 July 2015 via Gleam.

The total prize value is over $AU1200.00 which will be won by 1 winner as follows:
1. A family portrait experience at the 2015 Brisbane Ekka including entry to the Ekka for up to 4 people of the immediate family, 2 adults and 2 children. The high resolution digital files from the portrait gallery will be provided via online download. Prize is not transferable. Prize is not exchangeable and the prize cannot be taken as cash. The portrait session must take place at the Ekka.
Prize values correct at time of promotion commencement.
Portrait prize (item 1) must be redeemed during and at the 2015 Brisbane Ekka on a mutually agreeable date for the photographer and family. The promoter does not accept any responsibility or liability for all or any portion of the prize not being redeemed before expiry at the last day of the Ekka and in accordance with these details of participation. Should the winner wish to have more than 4 people at the portrait session or more than 2 adults and 2 children, they will incur the additional charges that are applicable. A contract and model release must be signed otherwise the prize is automatically invalid. All terms and conditions of Kate Veronica Photography must be adhered to and complied with by the prize winner as applicable. Once the session date booking is made, any amendments or cancellations will incur a fee which will be payable by the prize winner. Any cancellations and amendments are to be paid in cash. Transfers, meals, spending money and items of a personal nature are not included. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each state/ territory, where relevant. All prize values are correct at time of promotion commencement.
