HOW WINNERS ARE DETERMINEDTo determine Daily Prize winners, there will be a prize draw each day of the Promotion, commencing 12:00 noon (AEST) on 04/08/2015 with the final daily prize draw occurring at 12:00 noon (AEST) on 16/09/2015 (Daily Prize Draws). There will be 44 Daily Prize Draws in total.
Entries will only be eligible to win the Daily Prize in the next occurring Daily Prize Draw. Entries will not be included in subsequent Daily Prize Draws. For example, if an Eligible Entrant submits an entry on day one (1) of the Promotion, their entry will only be entered into the corresponding Daily Prize Draw containing all entries submitted in day one (1) of the Promotion (note the draw itself will be conducted on the following day, being day two (2) of the Promotion Period).
The first Eligible Entrant with an eligible entry drawn in each Daily Prize Draw will receive a Daily Prize as detailed in clause 10.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS:
Winners will be notified by telephone and in writing within 2 business days of each Daily Prize Draw and their name and postcode be advertised at www.CashKick.com.au from 03/09/2015.If requested by the Promoter, Eligible Entrants must produce, within the time requested by the Promoter at its absolute discretion:
a)appropriate photo identification or other documentation, required by the Promoter to verify their identity, age, eligibility to enter the Promotion and claim a prize (if drawn) and compliance with these conditions; and
b)their Proof of Purchase that corresponds to all entries they have submitted in the Promotion.
Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with this promotion.
Daily Prizes will only be awarded following all validation and verification requirements of the Promoter being met to its satisfaction.
UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW:If necessary, an unclaimed prize draw will be held at 12 noon (AEDT) on 21/12/2015 at the Draw Location (Unclaimed Prize Draw), to distribute any unclaimed prize or any prize awarded for an entry that has been deemed invalid pursuant to these conditions (Unclaimed Prize), subject to any directions given by any of the relevant State or Territory gaming authorities. All valid non-winning entries received during the Promotion Period (other than those relating to an entrant who is not entitled to a prize under these conditions) will be eligible to win any Unclaimed Prize. Unclaimed Prizes (if any) will be ordered from highest value to lowest value, Eligible Entries drawn in the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be noted in order drawn and the first entrant drawn will win the highest value Unclaimed Prize, the second entrant the second highest value Unclaimed Prize, and so on, until all Unclaimed Prizes are allocated.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
There is a limit of two (2) Daily Prizes per person except in South Australia. Once an entrant (other than an entrant residing in South Australia) wins two (2) Daily Prizes, that entrant will no longer be eligible for any further prizes in the Promotion.
All entries are deemed to be received by the Promoter at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database and not at the time of transmission by the entrant. The Promoter does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available at all times during the Promotion Period.
If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these conditions, subject to approval of the relevant State and Territory gaming authorities.
If a prize is won by a person under the age of 18, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian on behalf of the winner.
Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
Prizes are not transferable. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner as a result of the winner accepting and/or using a prize, except for any loss, damage or injury which is due to the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Promoter or which otherwise cannot be excluded by law.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
