Yamaha Motor Australia is giving one lucky customer the chance to WIN a trip to the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix at Phillip Island, 16-18 October 2015. A weekly prize of a Yamaha HD action camera will also be drawn throughout the promotion period.

3. Entry requirement - Entrants must visit a Yamaha dealer, take a photo with Valentino Rossi, upload to Facebook and/or Instagram with the hashtag #R3WeRFamily.
4. Open to Australian residents only and must be 18 years to be eligible for the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix major prize.
5. By entering this competition, entrants acknowledge that submitted photos and wordings are the entrant's original work. Yamaha Motor Australia Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to moderate and remove any submissions deemed offensive or against Yamaha safety policies.
6. The major prize is for one guest to join Yamaha Motor Australia as a VIP guest at the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix, 16-18 October 2015 at Phillip Island
7. Flights to Melbourne from your nearest capital city, 3 x night accommodation, car hire from Melbourne airport are inclusive.
8. Transfers to and from your nearest capital city's airport, meals (excluding track venue), incidentals, plus other additional costs are at the expense of the winner.
9. 12 x weekly prizes of 1 x Yamaha HD action camera valued at ($329.00 each) will be drawn throughout the competition period every Monday beginning 22/6/15 until competition ends. Winners will be announced on the Yamaha Motor Australia Facebook and Instagram pages during the respective week.
10. Competition commences 13th June 2015 with closing date for submissions and the competition at 5pm AEST Sunday 13th September 2015. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. Yamaha Motor Australia Pty. Ltd. will not be held responsible for entries not received for whatever reason.
11. The winner(s) will be judged by Yamaha Motor Australia Pty. Ltd. based upon the most creative photo entry submitted.
12. The major prize winner will be announced on the Yamaha Motor Australia Facebook and Instagram page on Monday 14th September 2015 with the winner notified by via Facebook and/or Instagram within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
13. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
14. The prize or part thereof is not transferable and not redeemable for cash or other services. The winner must be available to attend the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix from 16-18 October 2015 otherwise prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next best entry.
15. The winner must agree to provide identification to Yamaha Motor Australia for flights, accommodation and car hire.
16. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. Employees of Yamaha Motor Australia Pty. Ltd. or their family members, any parties connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition will not be eligible to enter the competition.
18. Yamaha Motor Australia Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
