Terms and Conditions $1000 Cash Giveaway

1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of the Conditions of Entry. By entering the promotion, entrants accept these Conditions of Entry.

2. Entry is available to Western Australian residents only. Entrants must be aged 18 years or older.

3. All Peard Group Employee’s (including Evolution Home Loans and Evolution Settlements) and immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Immediate family includes partner/spouse, grandparents, parents, step-parents, siblings, step-siblings, children, step-children, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, first cousins and grandchildren.

4. The entry is only valid once the appraisal of the home is completed by a Peard Real Estate Sales Associate.

5. This promotion commenced on Wednesday 6th March 2013.

6. No payment or purchase is necessary to enter this competition.

7. The winner will be drawn at 5pm WST on the following dates:  February 28th  2015,  March 28th 2015,  April 25th 2015,  May 23rd 2015,  June 20th 2015,  July 17th 2015,  August 14th 2015,  September 11th 2015,  October 9th 2015,  November 6th 2015,  18th December 2015  and contacted via telephone within 7 days.

8. The winner will receive $1000.

9. The prize is non-transferable.

10. No responsibility is taken for the winner’s loss of the prize.

11. The Winner will be required to collect their prize for the Peard Corporate Office in Subiaco.

12. The winner may be asked to have their photograph taken with their prize for marketing purposes.

13. Peard Real Estate reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

14. This promotion is one of a game of chance. All valid entries will form part of a random draw. Only one entry valid per person.

15. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster the Promoter reserves the right (subject to reference to all relevant state and territory regulations), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
