TERMS OF ENTRY
This competition (the “Promotion”) is conducted by Universal Sony Pictures Home Entertainment Australia Pty Limited ABN 39 152 425 735 of Level 30, 1 Market Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (the “Promoter”).
Entry to the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Promotion, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the Promotion and to take the Prize if they are the winner.
All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promotion is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. The Promoter reserves the right to request any entrant to provide documentary evidence confirming his/her age. Employees and immediate families of Universal Sony, of Yum! Restaurants Australia Pty Limited A.B.N. 16 000 674 993 and its Pizza Hut franchisees (“Yum”) and their associated companies and agents and the immediate families of such employees are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
The Promotion commences at 09:00am (EST) on Thursday 15th October 2015, and ends at 11:59pm (EST) on Monday 30th November 2015.
The Promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining a winner.
Entrance to the Promotion is via the competition website
www.jurassicmealdeal.com.au and requires entrants to purchase a Pizza Hut Jurassic Meal Deal, enter their receipt number on the competition website and answer the following “Competition Question” – “In 25 words or less what you would do if you came face to face with a T-rex”. Name and email address are also required at the point of entry in order to contact the winner.
The Competition Question answers will be judged on 50% creativity and 50% written expression
The one (1) answer to the Competition Question which is deemed to be both the most creative and most articulate of all valid entries received as judged by the Promoter in its sole discretion will be determined as the winner of the Major Prize available in the Promotion.
Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

There is no limit on entries per entrant but each entrant, if deemed a winner, may only be awarded one (1) Prize.
PRIZE: One major prize to be awarded to the winner for them and one other person, also aged 18+. Prize to includes two (2) Return economy flights to Los Angeles, USA departing from the winner’s nearest capital city, Five (5) nights’ twin-share accommodation at the Sheraton Universal Hotel in a Traditional Room, two (2) Universal Studios VIP Experience tickets with Universal Studios, Hollywood and one (1) return transfer from Los Angeles airport to hotel.
Prize will be redeemable and booked through Flight Centre. The prize must be taken and booked exactly as outlined in the terms and conditions of the promotion. No changes are permitted.
Both the winner and the winner’s travel companion must depart from and return to the same Australian Capital City (Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth, Melbourne or Sydney) on an airline of Flight Centre’s choosing. Any costs associated with reaching a capital city for departure/return will be incurred by the winner.
Prize must be taken within 12 months of prize drawn. All travel must be completed by 1st of Dec, 2016 and is subject to availability at all times
Changes are not permitted once booked. Any changes after confirmation will incur a fee, at prize winner’s own expense and is subject to availability.
Travel arrangements must be made a minimum of 90 days prior to intended departure date. Travel dates, flights and accommodation are subject to availability.

Visa’s, USA entry conditions, travel insurance and all travel requirements are the responsibilities of the winner. Travel insurance is strongly recommended but remains the responsibility of the winner.
Prize is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.

The winner will be contacted by email using supplied email address.
If a winner is unable to be contacted or does not claim their Prize within 48 hours of judging, their Prize will be forfeited.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant that fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to close the competition earlier than advertised and the winner will be drawn from entries received to that time.
