Entry Restrictions Entrants and their companion must be 18 years of age or over.
Sydney Entrants must be able to take the prize on Saturday November 14
2015 from 3.00pm (AEST).
Melbourne entrants must be able to take the prize between 9.00am
(AEST) Saturday November 14 2015 and 3.00pm Sunday November 15
2015 (AEST).
The Promoter may require entrants and their companion to provide proof
of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant or their
companion be unable to satisfy this requirement, the entrant will be
ineligible for the prize.
Entrants unable to take the prize on the specified date will be deemed
ineligible to enter.
Entrants must be able to collect the prize as specified by the Promoter.
Dates, venues and schedules are not under the Promoter’s control and
are subject to change and the Promoter takes no responsibility for any
date, venue or schedule changes.
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any
promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to
their Entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.

Entry Method Web entry:
During the Promotion Period:
(a) listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit the
Station Website, complete the online entry form in the manner
required, including by providing their full name, mobile telephone
number, current and valid email address and age and by stating in 25
words or less what their Beach Boys “smooth favourite” (i.e favourite
Beach Boys song) is and why within the time period specified on each
day in the commercials;
(b) each entry submitted by the time specified by the Station will be
individually reviewed by representatives of the Station in accordance
with the judging criteria laid out below. The Station will select four
shortlisted entries each weekday it deems to be the “best” from all
valid entries received within the time period specified (based on the
judging criteria, in the Promoters sole & absolute discretion);
(c) The Station will then telephone the selected entrants at various times
throughout the relevant weekday, to invite them to appear on-air (as
determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) to
participate in an on-air segment that weekday; and
(d) if the selected entrant participates in an on-air segment for the
purpose of this competition, they will be deemed the winner for that
weekday, and will be awarded a Prize (in the Promoter’s sole and
absolute discretion).
(e) In the event that a Selected Entrant is unable to be contacted, the
phone goes to voice message, their phone line drops out, or the
Selected Entrant declines to appear on air, the Promoter may, in its
sole and absolute discretion, contact the entrant who submitted the
next ‘best’ entry based on the Judging Criteria to be a Selected
Entrant and invite them to appear on air that day. The Promoter will
continue this process until an entrant has been successfully contacted
and the entrant has confirmed their eligibility and ability to appear on
air (as applicable).
For the avoidance of doubt, if a shortlisted entrant is spoken to by a
representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected
as a winner, and they may not be invited to appear on air that weekday
and/or be awarded a prize. For the avoidance of doubt, the selected
shortlisted entrants must appear on air during the Promotion Period to be
deemed a winner and awarded a prize (in the Promoter’s sole and
absolute discretion).

Judging For Sydney entrants:
All valid entries will be individually judged and selected by representatives
of the Promoter between 3.00pm- 4.00pm (ADST) each weekday from
Monday 26 October, 2014 and Monday 9 November, 2014, at the
Promoter’s premises to determine up to one (1) winner per day, a total of

eleven (11) winners over the promotional period.
All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria. The winner
will be notified in accordance with the Notification of Winners information
set out below.
For Melbourne entrants:
All valid entries will be individually judged and selected by representatives
of the Promoter between 3.00pm- 4.00pm (ADST) weekdays on
Thursday 29 October, 2015 and Thursday 5 November, 2015 and
Monday 9 November, 2015, at the Promoter’s premises to determine up
to three (3) winners over the promotional period.
All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria. The winner
will be notified in accordance with the Notification of Winners information
set out below.
Judging Criteria Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the
Promoter) based on creativity, uniqueness, and appeal for radio.

There are up to eleven (11) prizes to be won, as follows:

drinks per person, and canapés. Tickets permit access to the Bondi
BeachFest Festival 3pm-10pm) valued at up to $150 (inc GST)
Dates, venues and schedules are not under the Promoter’s control and
are subject to change and the Promoter takes no responsibility for any
date, venue or schedule changes. Tickets are subject to terms &
conditions stipulated by the provider of tickets.
For Melbourne winners:
There are up to three (3) prizes to be won each consisting of the

One (1) travel prize for the winner & up to one (1) companion to Sydney,
New South Wales for one (1) night from Saturday 14 November 2015 to
Sunday 15 November, 2015 (inclusive), valued at up to $1,450 (incl

a) two (2) x return economy flights from Melbourne to Sydney, New
South Wales including all relevant airline taxes and charges,
valued at up to $700 (inc GST).
b) one (1) x night minimum 3.5 star, twin share accommodation at
Holiday Inn Old Sydney, Sydney, New South Wales, including

Additional Prize Terms and Conditions:
I.D to enter the venue is required. The venue reserves the right to refuse
any person entry into the venue, including, but not limited to, those who
appear drunk or intoxicated. Dress standards apply (at the discretion of
the venue). The Promoter will not be liable and takes no responsibility for
any refusal of entry by the venue of any person for any reason.
Responsible services of alcohol laws will be strictly enforced.
The winner and their companion (if any) may be required to sign a code
of conduct and/or a legal release or releases in the form determined by
the Promoter in its sole discretion prior to participating in the prize. Failure
to do so as determined by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s absolute and
sole discretion) will result in the prize winner forfeiting their prize.
All components of the prize are to be arranged by a representative of the
Promoter and/or an agent nominated by the Promoter in its sole
discretion.
Redeeming the prize and any tickets, passes or vouchers issued as part
of the prize is conditional on acceptance of terms and conditions as
detailed by the Promoter, any prize providers and the airline carriers in
accordance with normal travel practices.
All travel must be taken by the dates specified above and is subject to
availability which may depend on applicable blackout periods as advised
by any prize provider, select seat class with airlines or specific room
category availability with accommodation partner.
The winner and/or their companion must have a valid credit card.
Spending money, meals, additional activities and any other ancillary
costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance
excesses, not listed in the Prize Details above are the responsibility of the
winner and his/her nominated companion (if any) as incurred.
It is the winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport
departure/return point.
The winner is responsible for any amendments fees issued by airlines or
other prize suppliers as a result of an action of the winner and/or their
companion, once booking is confirmed and ticketed.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for loss or injury suffered by a
winner and/or their companion (if any) as a result of taking the prize.
It is recommended that the winner and their nominated companion (if any)
have valid travel insurance for their period of travel and adequate for the

countries of travel.
No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. The prize is not refundable
or transferable.
The Promoter and prize providers accept no responsibility for any
changes and/or cancellations to the events or activities. In the event that
one or more event or activity is no longer available, the remainder of the
prize shall constitute the complete and total prize. The Promoter will not
enter into any further correspondence with the winner and his/her
nominated companion.
All components of the prize must be taken together and when offered or
are forfeited. Any element of the prize not taken will be deemed to be
forfeited.
The prize winner and their companion must travel together and participate
in the prize together at all times.
If the winner and their companion miss any of the arranged flights, the
winner will forfeit the prize (at the Promoter’s absolute and sole
discretion).
The winner and their companion must not be under the influence of any
drugs and may consume alcohol in moderation but must not be under the
influence of alcohol during any activities to the extent that it impairs or
affects their understanding, judgment or participation in the activities, and
subject to any limitations of the Promoter, any prize supplier and
prevailing laws and regulations.
The prize winner and their companion consent to the Promoter
conducting a criminal record check prior to their participation in the prize.
The Promoter may, in its sole and absolute discretion, refuse the prize
winner and/or their companion’s participation in the prize, if the prize
winner and/or their companion have a criminal record or any criminal
charges pending. In these circumstances, the prize winner and/or their
companion will forfeit all claims in relation to the prize.
The winner and their companion must be in good health and must not
have any pre-existing medical conditions that would prohibit them from
entering this promotion or participating in any way in the prize.

The prize winners will be supplied a winner’s letter via email with all travel
instructions and documents. The letter will detail instructions for entry into
the smoothfm VIP. The prize winner’s Bondi Beachfest tickets will be
available for collection from Smoothfm 91.5 of Level 2, 678 Victoria Street
Richmond VIC 3121 prior to departure date
Prize winners will be sent an email, and contacted via phone with all
information on the event prior to 4.00pm (ADST), Wednesday 11
November, 2015.
