Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The promoter is Car Megamart Pty Limited (ABN 76 162 280 793) South East Boulevard & Commercial Drive Pakenham Victoria 3810, telephone 1300 761 291.
The promotion commences 11:59am (AEDT) on Tuesday 1st September 2015 and closes at 5.00pm (AEDT) on Saturday 21st November 2015.
Entry is open only to Australian residents aged 18 years and over (Eligible Entrants), excluding directors, management, employees (including their immediate family members) of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate and registered travel companions of employees of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate.
To enter, Eligible Entrants must during the Promotion Period complete either of the below:

If you do not have access to the internet contact Car Megamart, South East Boulevard & Commercial Drive, Pakenham VIC 3810 on 1300 761 291 for an entry to be submitted on your behalf.
Eligible Entrants are restricted to one entry per person or if you purchase a used car in the months of September, October & November you will receive an additional registration to go into the draw
The Promoter is not responsible for any lost entry number confirmation emails.
You must be on site at Car Megamart on Sunday 22nd November 2015 at 3pm to be eligible to win the car.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
All registrations into the competition will receive an entry number which all entry numbers will go into the draw and one number will be drawn out on the day.
The winner’s registration entry number will be drawn out of the barrel;
we invite all guests to be on site at Car Megamart to see if you are the lucky winner!There will be one major prize which is a new Mazda 2 Neo Hatch. The maximum total prize value is AUD $25,990, based on the recommended retail value at the time of printing including ORC.
The winner will receive written notification via email from Monday 23rd November 2015 and will be published on the Car Megamart Australia Facebook page from Monday 23rd November 2015
Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. The name and photograph of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter, unless the winner otherwise notifies the Promoter at the time of accepting the prize.
