and closes at 23:59EDT on 19/12/2015 (“Promotional Period”). Entries received after 23.59EDT on 19/12/2015 will not be accepted.

The draw will take place at 13:00 EDT on 21/12/2015 at Traction Digital Pty Ltd, Level 1, Building 1, 85 O’Riordan Street Alexandria NSW 2015 (“Traction Digital”) The first valid entry drawn will receive the Prize.
Prize consists of a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Reykjavik, Iceland with Pauly Vella (“Prize”) departing on 06/04/2016 and returning on 12/04/2016 including:
return economy class airfares for two (2) adults (including all airline and airport taxes) from winners nearest Australian capital city to Reykjavik, Iceland (RRP up to $7,960)
return transfers for two (2) adults from Reykjavik airport to accommodation (RRP $170)
six (6) nights accommodation twin share for two (2) adults in a standard room (Fosshotel Reykjavik) or similar (includes breakfast daily) RRP = up to $1,335.

Total prize value = up to $10,115.All other ancillary costs including but not limited to insurance, taxes (excluding GST), meals (other than those specified above), drinks, transfers (other than those specified above), activities (other than those specified above), incidentals, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, any applicable insurance including excesses, and any and all other expenses are the responsibility of the winner and his/her nominated guest. Prize winner and his/her guest must be Australian residents aged 18 years and over. The Prize is a single event trip for the winner and his/her guest and cannot be separated into separate trips or components. The Prize winner and his/her guest must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. The winner and his/her guest are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports (with a minimum of 6 months validity remaining at date of departure) and any requisite visas, vaccinations, and other travel documentation. The Prize must depart from Australia on 06/04/2016 and return on 12/04/2016.
The Prize winner and his/her guest may be required to present a credit card at time of accommodation check in that will be used to charge for incidentals (such as optional activities) and/or as a bond in case of damage to the property.
Accommodation and flight arrangements, including suppliers, will be determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. All travel arrangements must be made by the winner via PMG Media Pty Ltd (ABN 12 081 343 259) (phone (02) 9357 6477) or its agent.
It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner and their guests arrange at their own expense valid travel insurance with the highest available coverage for their period of travel that includes medivac and emergency relocation cover.
The winner will be notified by telephone and email within two (2) days of the prize draw, their name published on
www.experiencecollectors.com.au/iceland within two (2) days of the prize draw, and their name and suburb published in The Australian newspaper on 08/01/2016.
If necessary, a second chance prize draw will be held at Traction Digital at 13:00 EDT on 15/02/2016 in order to distribute any unclaimed prize. The winner will be notified by telephone and email within two (2) days of the second chance draw, their name published on
www.experiencecollectors.com.au/iceland within two (2) days of the second chance draw, and their name and suburb published in The Australian newspaper on 19/02/2016.
Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury in connection with the conduct of the promotion whether as a result of:
technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches, technical website malfunctions or glitches; or
acts or omissions (including negligent acts of omissions) of the Promoter’s servants or agents involved in the conduct of this promotion.
If any prize or any element of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s sole discretion, subject to any written directions from the relevant authorities. Winners will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the prize or element of a prize has been substituted at equal or greater value.
The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise that involves manipulating, interfering or tampering with this promotion or otherwise preventing the conduct of the promotion as intended by the Promoter. In the event of such problems or conduct, then the Promoter may (where necessary with approval from the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of participating airlines, transfer company, accommodation, tour companies and any other third party prize suppliers (“Third Party Prize Suppliers”), including the booking and reservation policies of Third Party Prize Suppliers. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by the winner or their guest as a result of the conduct of any Third Party Prize Suppliers or otherwise as a result of the winner and their guest accepting and/or using a prize, except for any loss, damage or injury is due to the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Promoter or which otherwise cannot be excluded by law.
Before any prize is awarded, the winner and their guests will be required to:
sign an agreement to release the Promoter from, and indemnify the Promoter against, any loss, damage or injury arising from the use or participation in the prize, except to the extent any loss, damage or injury is due to the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Promoter; and
provide evidence of valid travel insurance with the highest available coverage for their period of travel that includes medivac/emergency relocation cover.
Entrants will be refused service of alcohol or provision of an alcoholic beverage prize if it would breach any relevant laws, codes or policies including those of the relevant liquor licensee relating to the responsible service of alcohol. The Promoter supports the responsible service of alcohol.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
Any personal property rights in entries are owned by the Promoter, Details from entries will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties, including local lottery authorities, for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion.
