Promoter: The Promoter is Jupiters Limited ABN 78 010 741 045 trading as Treasury Brisbane, 159 William Street, Brisbane QLD 4001 ph (07) 3306 8888 (“Treasury”).
Promotion Period
1. The $20,000 After Party Draw promotion (“Promotion”) will commence at 14:00:00 on Friday 1 January, 2016 and conclude at 17:00:00 on Friday 1 January, 2016 (“Promotion Period”). All times are listed in Australian Eastern Standard Time.
2. Random selection draws will take place on the Main Gaming Floor, Ground Level, and Level 2 Premium Gaming Rooms at Treasury (“Draw Locations”) between 14:00:00 to 17:00:00 on 1 January, 2016 (“Random Selection Period”). A total of four (4) random selection draws will be conducted during the Promotional Period.
3. Participation in the Promotion is open to all persons who:
(a) are 18 years of age or older;
(b) are members of the Absolute Rewards loyalty program operated by the Promoter and who have a current Black Tier and higher Absolute Rewards Membership card (“Membership Card”);
(c) are entitled to access the Draw Location;
(d) are not the subject of an exclusion direction or self exclusion order pursuant to the Casino Control Act 1982 (Qld); and
(e) are not the subject of a Withdrawal of Licence (WOL) from Jupiters Hotel & Casino Gold Coast or Treasury Casino & Hotel Brisbane.
People who meet the above conditions and continue to satisfy the conditions during the Promotion Period are referred to as “Eligible Entrants” and will be entitled to participate in the Promotion.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any person entry in the Promotion at any time.
Entry into the Random Selection Prize Draws
5. To be eligible to win a prize Eligible Entrants must be playing a compatible electronic gaming machine (“Eligible Machine”) at a Draw Location during a Random Selection Period.
6. To be deemed to be playing an Eligible Machine, Eligible Entrants must be playing at the Eligible Machine and have their Membership Card inserted and credit available at the moment the Konami Casino Management System recognises the “Random Giveaway” has been won by that Eligible Entrant.
Random Selection Draws
7. Each Random Selection Entry Period one (1) Eligible Machine will be selected at random every hour (each a “Random Selection Draw”) using the “Random Giveaway” function in the Konami Casino Management System (“Selected Machine”).
