Terms & Conditions of Entry

Eligible participants in the competition agree to abide by the terms and conditions set out in this document ('Terms and Conditions').
The competition will run from 8am Western Australian Standard Time (WST) Monday 2 November 2015 to 6pm WST Thursday 31 December 2015 ('Competition Period').
The competition is valid only at www.ahgautoservice.com.au
To qualify to enter the competition a customer must book and carry out a vehicle service at an AHG Auto & Tyre Service Centre ('Entry Qualification').  A customer who has obtained Entry Qualification is an 'Eligible Participant'.
Eligible Participants may choose to enter the competition to win the prize valued at $1,000AUD (Travel Voucher).
AHG Auto & Tyre Service will give away 2 vouchers each to the value of $1,000.
The competition will be drawn on 1 February 2016 at 31 Old Aberdeen Place, West Perth and winner names and postcodes will be published online at www.ahgautoservice.com.au on 8 February 2016.  The winning Eligible Participant ('Winner') will be notified by telephone and/or email.
The Promotion reserves the right to verify Entry Qualification made during the Competition Period in order for a winning Eligible Participant ('Winner') to claim the voucher and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to gaining entry forms fraudulently or submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Entry is open to residents of Western Australia.  Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter's associated companies, the Promoter's agencies associated with this competition and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
The Winner must claim the voucher from the Promoter by no later than 29 February 2016, otherwise it may be voided at the Promoters discretion.  For terms and conditions that refer to the travel voucher, including the date by which it must be redeemed, the Winner must liaise directly with the supplier of the voucher.
Each entry becomes the property of the Promoter.  All details will be held in accordance with the AHG Privacy Policy which can be accessed by visiting ahg.com.au.  Entry constitutes entrants' consent to any personal information that they provide to be used by the participating dealership and AHG for customer database and marketing offers, and will not be disclosed to third parties.  AHG marketing and competition offers are developed in line with your needs but should you not wish to receive this information, please email "Unsubscribe" to marketing@ahg.com.au
The travel voucher cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
AHG accepts no liability for, and is indemnified by the Eligible Participant against, any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property arising out of or in connection with the competition or the voucher and any travel undertaken by the Winner in accordance with the voucher.
If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt of a completed vehicle service before 31 January 2016.
Eligible Participants must agree to make themselves available for publicity purposes at a time to be specified without charge.
Partaking in this competition signifies acceptance of all conditions.  The Promoter's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.  The Promoter reserves the right to limit entry or amend rules if considered necessary without notice.
