To enter, an entrant must, during the promotional period:
1. Purchase any two (2) Swisse products in one transaction from any participating Good Price Pharmacy store in Australia (Qualifying Purchase):
2. Then visit Swisse.com/au and follow the prompts on the promotional entry page and input requested details (including but not limited to first name, last name, email address, contact number, favourite Swisse product purchased, store you purchased from);;
3. Submit the fully completed online entry form;;
4. Retain a copy of your purchase receipt for all entries as proof of
purchase.
Multiple entries are permitted subject to the following:
a) only one (1) entry is permitted per Qualifying Purchase;;
each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements. For the sake of clarity, one (1) entry is permitted when an entrant purchases any two (2) Swisse products in one transaction from Good Life Pharmacy.
Entrants must retain a copy of store receipt(s) (Promotional Materials) as proof of purchase for all entries. Failure to provide the Promotional Materials when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, render all of an entrant’s entries invalid and forfeit their right to any prize.
Where applicable, store purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase, the product purchased and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
The prize draw will be a random selection from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period. The first entry drawn at random will win the major prize.

The major prize includes the following:
a) A Private Tennis Session with Lleyton Hewitt in Melbourne, valued at $10,000
b) Two (2) nights accommodation (minimum four (4) star, twin-share room) including breakfast, valued at up to $800 (including GST);;
c) Return economy flights for two (2) people from winner’s nearest Australian capital city to Melbourne, valued at up to $1220 (including GST) per person (unless winner resides in Victoria, in which case flights will not be included in the Prize);; and
d) Airport/accommodation/event transfers in Melbourne valued at up to $500 (including GST) (unless winner resides in Victoria, in which case transfers will not be included in the Prize).
Total major prize is valued at up to $12,520 (inc GST).
State of Residence: For the avoidance of doubt, if the Prize winner resides in Victoria, flights and transfers will NOT be included in the Prize. If the Prize winner resides in Victoria, the Prize participants will be required to make their own way to and from the accommodation at their own expense.
Travel: Travel and accommodation are subject to availability at all times and may be dependent on selected seat class with airline or specific room category availability with accommodation. The winner and participants taking the trip must depart and return at the same time using the same air carrier. The person awarded the prize is responsible for ensuring that all necessary documentation to travel is obtained, otherwise the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid.
Travel Times: Travel times are subject to Lleyton Hewitt’s management and availability.
Travel Documents: The winner and travel companion must have valid travel insurance for the duration of their travel.
Ancillary Costs: All other costs associated with taking the Major Prize (including passport and visa costs, additional meals. Beverages, laundry services, additional spending money, transport to and front the point of departure, insurance, travel insurance, taxes (excluding flight associated taxes), transport to and from the Netball World Cup venue, and all other ancillary costs not expressly stated in the major prize description are the
responsibility of the winner.
Under-Age Travel Companion: Where a person participating or nominated to participate in the prize is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian of the participant must be present for the duration of the prize, as one of the participants.

UNCLAIMED PRIZE ARRANGEMENTS

Major prize must be claimed by 5:30pm (AEST) on 02/05/16. In the event that the Promotor is unable to make contact with the winner for any reason before 5:30pm, at the Promoter’s absolute discretion, the Promotor may determine that the winner is no longer eligible for the prize.
