1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2. COMPETITION ELIGIBILITY
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Australia who are available to travel to Sydney and visit Taronga Zoo on Friday 12 February, 2016.
2.2 Employees and their immediate families of the Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies, ZooMoo Networks Pte Ltd and associated companies (together “ZooMoo”) and Yahoo7, are not eligible to enter.
2.3 Entrants under the age of 18 years must have the prior consent of their parent/guardian to enter this competition.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 COMPETITION PERIOD: The Competition commences on January 15 2016 at 9am AEDT and concludes on
February 2 2016 at 5pm AEDT (“Competition Period”).
3.2 COMPETITION ENTRY: To enter the Competition, users must visit
https://au.tv.yahoo.com/plus7/zoomoo/with their smart phone, tablet or desktop computer with internet access, and watch the ZOOMOO LOST preview programs available on the site. Then head to the ZooMoo competition page
https://au.tv.yahoo.com/shows/zoomoo/competition and complete the required details along with an answer to the following questions in 25 words or less: “Name your favourite animal from the Zoo Moo episodes and tell us what you would do to help protect this animal?” (Online)
3.3 ENTRY CONDITIONS:
a) Online entries are limited to one entry per email address for the duration of the Competition Period.
In the event that more than one entry is received, the Promoter will only accept the first entry
submitted by the entrant.
b) All entries must be received by the date and times detailed in clause 3.1. The time of entry will in
each case be the time the entry is received by Yahoo!7 Pty Limited.
c) All entries via scripting are prohibited. If scripting is detected, the Promoter may deem all entries
from those entrants invalid.
3.4 ENTRY COSTS:
a) Entrants under 18 years must have the prior approval of the telephone account holder before lodging an entry in this competition.

Total maximum value for major prize package is approximately $10,000.00. Prize value is correct as at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the prize is taken.
4.3 MAJOR PRIZE CONDITIONS
In conjunction with clause 4.2, major prize winner must abide by the following conditions:
a) This prize package is event based and the event tickets are valid for admittance to Sydney, Taronga Park Zoo on Friday February 12, 2016 from 9am. Tickets cannot be transferred for another date or time. No replacement will be made for any loss or theft of event tickets.
b) In the event there is a change in the date or time for the event, the promoter will notify the prize winner regarding this change and also determine the outcome of the prize package including but not limited to major prize elements detailed in clause 4.2
c) If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to their legal guardian or immediate family member over the age of 18 years on behalf of the winner.
d) It is a requirement that any companions under the age of 18 years old are accompanied by their parent or legal guardian who is also carrying an event ticket from the prize package.
e) The winner must confirm their prize fulfilment availability to the Prize Sponsor within 2 days of notification of winning the competition.
f) If the winner is not available to take the prize, the prize will be awarded to the next best entry as judged by the Promoter. This process will continue until the prize is awarded.
g) The prize package must be taken as stated and no compensation will be provided if any winner is unable to use the prize or any element of the prize as stated. If the prize is not redeemed by February 12, 2016 then it will be forfeited.
h) In the event an element of the prize outlined in the above is called off or postponed for any reason, the winner forfeits the specified element and no cash or alternative offer will be substituted in lieu of that part of the prize.
i) The prize package may not be transferred to another person without the consent of the Promoter. If the event ticket is sold, transferred or otherwise used in breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves its right to cancel the ticket and/or refuse the bearer and his/her companion admission to the venue.
j) It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of entry.
k) The winner and their nominated travel companions must abide by the full prize package itinerary as
well as terms and conditions detailed on the Yahoo7! website:

capital city airport (Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Darwin, or Hobart) to Sydney on the same flight and at the same time. The Promoter will not be liable for any cost arising from or otherwise related to delays or cancellations to the connecting flights booked by the winner. All booking and costs related to obtaining, amending or otherwise concerning the connecting flights to and from their residence and the nominated capital city are the responsibility of the winner. If the winner’s nearest capital city is Sydney, the flight and transfers component of the prize will be forfeited.
m) The Promoter and Prize Sponsor will not be liable for any cost arising from or otherwise related to delays or cancellations to the connecting flights booked by the winner, either to or from the nominated capital city and their residence.
