For your chance to win, send us a valid MoneyMe hashtag through the competition form. You'll find them on our MoneyMe cars cruising the street and heaps of places online.
Enter as many times as you like, but remember in a single week you'll need to use a different MoneyMe car hashtag each time. The more hashtags you find the more chances you have to win.
* This competition runs from the 1st of December 2015 to 31st of January 2016 and is not open to entrants in South Australia.

Terms and Conditions1. Purpose of this Document and Definitions
This document incorporates both Schedule to Conditions of Entry and Terms & Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and must be read altogether.
Key words used in these Terms and Conditions are defined below in clause 1.
Definitions
Advertising Material means ‘car wrap’ stickers promoting MoneyMe in a form provided by MoneyMe that are affixed to vehicles of successful entrants in the MoneyMe Summer Free Fuel Promotion.
Hashtag means a hashtag registered with the MoneyMe Summer Free Fuel Promotion and displayed by Advertising Material on Vehicles for the MoneyMe Summer Free Fuel Promotion, with the maximum number of Vehicles being 60.
MoneyMe means MoneyMe Financial Group Pty Ltd A.B.N. 40 163 691 236 and Australian Credit License Number 442218.
Promotion Period means the period commencing at 12:00 PM A.E.S.T. 1/12/2015 and ending at 11:59 PM A.E.S.T. 29/1/2016.
Vehicle means a motor vehicle to which the Advertising Material will be affixed during the Promotion Period selected by MoneyMe in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the MoneyMe Summer Free Fuel Promotion.
2. Conditions of Entry
2.1 Entry is open to all entrants who successfully register to the MoneyMe Summer Free Fuel Hashtag Competition on the MoneyMe website
https://www.moneyme.com.au/summer-free-fuel-competition by entering their name, email address and a valid Hashtag, subject to the Entry Restrictions in Clause 3 of this Terms and Conditions.
2.2 Entrants consent to MoneyMe using their name, image and any other details provided during or for this Competition, in the event that they are winners in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion including the outcome, and/or promoting any product and services by MoneyMe.
3. Entry Restrictions
3.1 Entry is only open to Australian residents over the age of 18 with a valid Australian residential address.
3.2 Information on how to enter and prizes form part of this Terms and Conditions. By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3.3 Entries must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid.
3.4 Employees, immediate family members of employees and employees of any company associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.
4. Entry Consent
4.1 Entrants are required to take full responsibility for all details provided in their entry and for ensuring that their entry complies with these Terms and Conditions.
4.2 If an entry cannot be verified to MoneyMe’s satisfaction, the entry will be deemed invalid.
5.
Closing date and time (“Promotion Period”)
5.1 The Competition commences on 12:00 PM A.E.S.T. 1/12/2015 and entries close on 11:59 PM A.E.S.T. 29/1/2016.6. How to enter into the Competition
6.1 To enter, Eligible Entrants must do all of the following, during the Promotion Period:
* Go to the Competition page on the MoneyMe website on
https://www.moneyme.com.au/summer-free-fuel-competition and “register” for the MoneyMe Summer Free Fuel Hashtag Competition by submitting their personal details and a valid MoneyMe Summer Free Fuel Promotion Hashtag on the entry form;
* Read and agree to the Competition Terms and Conditions; and
* Complete and submit the registration and entry form on the MoneyMe website

6.2 There is no limit to the number of entries per entrant. An Entrant can use the same name and email address for each entry so long as each entry has a different valid MoneyMe Summer Free Fuel Promotion Hashtag in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Competition. The same Hashtag(s) can be re-submitted only once a week during the Promotion Period by an Entrant.
6.3 A valid entry forms a ticket into the appropriate entry barrel being the ‘$1,000 MoneyMe Summer Free Fuel Hashtag Competition’ barrel for the relevant week during the Promotion Period. (Please see Clause 8 for more details on the barrel draw)
6.4 Entrants are not required to be present at the time of the draws.
6.5 Entries with incomplete registrations or invalid Hashtag(s) will not be considered valid entries for the Competition.
7. Judging criteria
7.1 This is a game of chance.
7.2 MoneyMe’s decision or selection is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.3 If a winning entry is found or regarded not to comply with these Conditions of Entry and Terms & Conditions, the non-complying entry will be discarded at the absolute discretion of MoneyMe and MoneyMe will select a new winner by drawing a secondary prize draw.
7.4 The secondary prize draw, if any, will be in accordance with this Terms & Conditions.
8. Details of prizes and their value
8.1 The random prize draw will take place during the Promotion Period, each Friday at 5:00 PM A.E.S.T. starting 4/12/2015 and ending 29/1/2016 at L38, 100 Miller Street, North Sydney NSW 2060.
8.2 Valid entries are placed into the “$1,000 MoneyMe Summer Free Fuel Hashtag Competition” barrel on or before the prize draw of the relevant week and the barrel will be located in the abovementioned office address (Clause 8.1).
8.3 The prize winners will be selected by a manual ticket draw conducted by the nominated MoneyMe Marketing Manager who will mix and randomly draw a ticket from the entry barrel. A single ticket will be selected from the barrel for each of nine (9) weeks during the Promotion Period.
8.4 Winning is not contingent on the entrants being present at the drawing of winners.
8.5 During the nine (9) week Promotion Period, each prize value is $1,000 AUD per prize draw.
8.6 There are total of nine (9) prizes to be won with the total prize pool being $9,000 AUD.
8.7 All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize, rest solely on part of the winner.
9. How prizes will be awarded
9.1 Prizes will be awarded by way of electronic funds transfer into the winner’s active MoneyMe Express Visa card. If and only if the winner does not have or refuses to receive prizes through MoneyMe Express Visa card, the prize may be deposited into their personal bank account subject to clause 9 of this Terms and Conditions.
9.2 Should the Prize be awarded to winner’s personal bank account, MoneyMe has the right to verify the account belongs to the winner to its satisfaction. Entrants consent to providing their personal bank statements and bank details to MoneyMe for this purpose.
9.3 Failure to adhere to the clause 9 in any part invalidate a winning and MoneyMe has at its absolute discretion to select another winner randomly in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
9.4 Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
9.5 If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond MoneyMe’s control, MoneyMe may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any directions from various authorities.
10. How prize winners will be notified
10.1 The winners will receive notifications in writing by email and announced via MoneyMe’s social media pages and/or relevant trade authority publications within two (2) business days or otherwise as required by law.
10.2 The winners may have their notifications published on MoneyMe’s website.
10.3 Winners must acknowledge receipt of winning by email or phone correspondence within 2 business days of notification communications being sent.
11. Redraw Arrangements
11.1 If acknowledgment of winning is not received by MoneyMe within two (2) business days of notification communications being sent, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and MoneyMe reserves the right to redraw a winner in place of the invalid entry.
11.2 MoneyMe will then randomly select another winning entry in accordance with this Terms & Conditions.
11.3 The redraw will take place at 5:00 PM A.E.S.T. at L38, 100 Miller Street North Sydney 2060, two (2) business days following the day notification communications for winning(s) being sent.
11.4 The prize winner(s) will be selected by a manual ticket draw conducted by the nominated MoneyMe Marketing Manager who will mix and randomly draw a ticket from the entry barrel for the relevant promotional week.
12. How the results of the promotion will be published
12.1 Winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw.
12.2 The winners may have their details published on any of MoneyMe’s social media channels during the Promotion Period, starting 4/12/2015 ending with 29/1/2016.
12.3 Winners will have their details published on MoneyMe’s website.
13. Claiming prizes
13.1 Prizes must be claimed on or before period of two (2) business days from the date the results for the draw are published or communicated to the winner, whichever date is earlier.
13.2 If a prize is not accepted or claimed within the claim period above (clause 12.1), the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and MoneyMe reserves the right to distribute the unclaimed prizes to any other entries (as applicable), determined by MoneyMe at its sole discretion however in accordance with this Terms and Conditions.
14. Disclaimer of liability
14.1 MoneyMe assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches.
14.2 This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission or unauthorised access to, alternation of, or use of record.
14.3 MoneyMe is not liable for any consequence of the entrant or user’s error(s) to the fullest extent permitted by law, including but not limited to any costs incurred.
14.4 MoneyMe assumes no responsibility for any delay or failure to transfer the prize money to the winner due to events or any circumstances outside control of MoneyMe.
14.5 If for any reason any aspect of this promotion does not or becomes incapable of running as planned including by reason of IT-related issues and any other cause beyond the control of MoneyMe and its associated companies and agencies using MoneyMe’s name and image in this promotional material, MoneyMe may at its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries, conditional to the approval of relevant authorities, if any.
15. Acknowledgement of MoneyMe’s rights
15.1 MoneyMe reserves the right to request verification of age, identity and/or residential address of winners and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion.
15.2 Verification is at the discretion of MoneyMe whose decision is final and binding and no correspondence is entered into.
15.3 MoneyMe reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.
16. Intellectual Property
16.1 Details for entries will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this promotion and for any other promotional and marketing purposes permitted by law in relation to but not limited to this promotion.
16.2 By entering this promotion, entrants provide consent to the use of their information as described and agree that MoneyMe may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant.
