select preferred NRL club and preferred home Match Event (see clause 7 below) from the drop down menus;
if entrant is not a member of the Tooheys Club database entrant must confirm that he/she agrees to become a member of the Tooheys Club database and receive marketing communications via email from Tooheys; and
submit the form during the Promotional Period to register for the promotion.
QLD residents

Limit applies of one (1) entry per person per Match Event.
Entries received from both New South Wales and Queensland for each Match Event will be the subject of a separate draw. The draws will take place at 10.00 EDT on 16/02/15 at Traction Digital, Suite 1, Level 25, 66 Goulburn St, Sydney, NSW 2000. The first ten (10) valid entries drawn for Match Events 1-11, 13-22, 24-29, 31-46 and 48 will receive a prize. The first fifteen (15) valid entries drawn for Match Events 12, 23, 30 and 47 will receive a prize. Non-winning entries from a Match Event draw will not be eligible for entry in other Match Date draws.

All other ancillary costs including but not limited to insurance, taxes (excluding GST), meals, drinks, travel, transfers and any and all other expenses are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter is not responsible for any costs or expenses associated with attending the prize. In accordance with the Delivery Information listed in the table above, Prizes will be emailed via electronic ticket.
Winners will be notified by email within four (4) days of the draw.
If necessary, a second chance draw will be held on 22/02/16 at the same time and place as the first draw in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes. Second chance draw winners will be notified by email within two (2) days of the second chance draw.
Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of:
technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches, technical website malfunctions or glitches; or
acts or omissions (including negligent acts or omissions) of the Promoter's servants or agents involved in the conduct of this promotion.
In the event of such problems, the Promoter may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
If any prize or any element of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize or element of a prize of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s sole discretion, subject to any written directions from the relevant authorities. Winners will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the prize or element of a prize has been substituted at equal or greater value.
The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with this promotion. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of Ticketek Pty Ltd ABN 92 010 129 110 ("Ticketek"). The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner as a result of the conduct of Ticketek or otherwise as a result of the winner accepting and/or using a prize, except for any loss, damage or injury which is due to the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Promoter or which otherwise cannot be excluded by law.
Entrants will be refused service of alcohol or provision of an alcoholic beverage prize if it would breach any relevant laws, codes or policies including those of the relevant liquor licensee relating to the responsible service of alcohol. The Promoter supports the responsible service of alcohol.
Any personal property rights in entries are owned by the Promoter. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties, including local lottery authorities, for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion. By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant.
