By entering the "WIN a Year's Supply of GUESS Denim" ("Competition") organised by Busbrand Pty Ltd ABN 94 101 902 130 of 14/37-41 O'Riordan Street ALEXANDRIA (the "Promoter") phone 02 9318 9444, you as entrant and ("Entrant") will accept and are bound by the following terms conditions.
Entry to the GUESS Denim Competition is by the following points of entry between Monday, 15th February 2016 and Friday, 26th February 2016:

Incomplete, misdirected or illegible entries will be ineligible. Entrants must answer the question: "Tell us in 25 words or less why you love GUESS denim".
Employees of GUESS Australia and their immediate families and their associated agencies and companies associated with the promotion are ineligible.
All entries remain the property of the Promoter and may be entered into a database for future marketing or promotional activities. By entering the Competition entrants, in the event that they are a Winner, consent to the publishing of their names and suburb of residence on the website
http://shop.guess.net.au and on the GUESS Facebook page. The Promoter will not use the entrants' personal information for any other purpose without their consent unless required or authorised to do so by law. Entrants must notify the Promoter in writing if they would like to amend their personal information or if they have any queries as to how their personal information will be used.
The competition commences on Monday, 15th February 2016 at 9:00am AEDST and concludes on Friday, 26th February 2016 at 2:00pm AEDST.
The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes cannot be transferred. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
The winners will be chosen, in the presence of an independent witness on Friday, 26th February 2016 by 4:00pm AEDST at 14/37-41 O'Riordan Street, ALEXANDRIA in its absolute discretion. The winners will be notified by email and phone on the address and numbers provided by the Entrant within one day of the draw. http://shop.guess.net.auThe Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. Busbrand Pty Ltd (t/a GUESS Australia) reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter's database, and NOT at the time of transmission by the Entrant.
The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of the prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the Promoter determines, in its absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual or Entrant who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
All winning entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the Entrants' names, addresses and telephone numbers for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid. The Entrant may advise the Promoter that the Entrant does not wish to be contacted in this regard.
The Winner selected by the Promoter will be entitled to one year's supply of denim, which will be awarded in the form of (2) GUESS Gift Cards each valued at $1,000 which may only be redeemed at GUESS Australia retail stores only. GUESS Australia Gift Cards are valid only for 6 months.
The Winner will be contacted by GUESS Australia customer service so that The Winner can select a preferred GUESS Australia retail store to pick up Gift Card (1) by 26th March 2016. The Winner will again be contacted by GUESS Australia customer service on 26th August 2016 to advise that Gift Card (2) is available for pickup at their preferred store, which The Winner must do so by 26th September 2016.
Should any entrant not be able claim their prize, a redraw from all remaining entries will take place, in the presence of an independent witness on 26th April 2016 at 14/37-41 O'Riordan Street ALEXANDRIA in its absolute discretion. http://shop.guess.net.auThe Winner releases the Promoter and other organisers, their related bodies corporate, affiliates, officers, agents and employees, from all liabilities, loss and damage of any kind arising at any time out of or in connection with the acceptance of, and participation in, the prize. Without limiting the foregoing, the released parties not be liable for any injury, sickness or death, property loss or damage or other direct or indirect loss or damage of any kind, howsoever sustained or incurred, in connection with or arising out any other aspect of the prize.
In the event that for any reason whatsoever the Winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the Winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the Prize.
