3. Promotion commences on 16/02/16 and ends at midnight AEST on 04/03/16. (“Promotional Period”).
4. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
5. Employees (and their immediate families) of Madman Entertainment, Palace Cinemas, The Louise, Barossa Experience Tours and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

How to Enter
7. To enter, individuals must during the Promotional Period, buy a ticket to see 45 Years at Palace Cinemas, then go to
www.45yearsfilm.com.au/win and fill in the online entry form with their details and the relevant ticket booking number. All indicated fields must be completed, or else your entry will be invalid.
8. In 25 words or less tell us, what would you most like to experience in the Barossa?
9. The online entry form must be submitted by 11:59pm AEST on 04/03/2016.
10. Only one (1) entry permitted per person. Each entry must be submitted in accordance with the entry requirements.
11. Madman Entertainment reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at Madman Entertainment’s discretion. Failure by Madman Entertainment to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
12. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Draw and Prize
13. The winner will be the person who provides the most original and inventive answer to the question, as determined by the Judges on 21/03/2016 in their absolute discretion.
14. This is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
15. The Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The winner will win:
- Return flights for two people to Adelaide, South Australia (departing their nearest capital city) with transfers from the Adelaide airport to The Louise, Barossa Valley;
- Two nights’ accommodation for two guests in an indulgent Stonewell Suite thanks to The Louise, Barossa Valley;
- A continental breakfast for two at The Louise each morning during the two-night stay;
- A four course dinner for two at the on-site Appellation Restaurant; and
- A private wine tour with Barossa Experience Tours.
17. The prize is subject to availability at The Louise and Barossa Experience Tours, and must be claimed prior to 15 December 2016 and is not available on public holiday long weekends or during school holiday periods in South Australia.
18. Flights for two people to depart same capital city and return to same capital city at the same time.
19. Accommodation at The Louise excludes mini bar and incidentals. The winner must provide a valid credit card at check-in and must settle any charges on departure for minibar consumption, additional dining, damage, cleaning charges for smoking or other applicable charges.
20. Dinner at the Appellation restaurant consists of the restaurant’s signature four course menu. Drinks will be available to purchase at the restaurant’s bar prices.
21. Your tour with Barossa Experience Tours will include: (i) a visit and condiment tastings at Maggie Beer’s farm shop; (ii) local produce platter lunch; (iii) driving tour of the Barossa’s earliest villages and towns; (iv) visit and tastings at the Barossa Valley Cheese Company; and (v) a lookout view over the Barossa Valley.
22. Any transport costs incurred while at the Barossa (outside of Adelaide airport transfers and Barossa Experience Tour) and getting to and from the airport at the winner's closest capital city shall be at winner’s own cost.
23. The winner must liaise with Madman Entertainment to arrange travel and bookings.
24. Only one (1) prize draw will be conducted for this promotion and only one (1) prize will be awarded.
25. The winner will be notified by Madman Entertainment in writing by email by 21/03/2016.
26. Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating prize provider(s), if for any reason the winner does not, once the prize has been booked, take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash. No compensation will be offered if the prize is not taken.
27. Total prize value is up to AU$3,820.
28. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
29. Entrants consent to Madman Entertainment using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Madman Entertainment.
30. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Madman Entertainment, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, Madman Entertainment reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
31. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
32. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, Madman Entertainment (including their respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
33. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, Madman Entertainment (including their respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Madman Entertainment control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Madman Entertainment; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) taking/use of the prize and/or participation in the prize.
34. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter, and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
35. Madman Entertainment collects personal information solely in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The information an entrant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions. 36. The laws of Victoria, Australia apply to these Terms and Conditions and Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
