1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. By submitting an
entry, all entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
2. The promotion commences on 9:00AM EST Saturday 13 February 2016 and concludes at
5:00PM EST 8 April 2016. Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 21 years and
over.
3. To enter the promotion, participants must do the following:

5. All entries become the property of the promoter, Hawai’i Tourism Oceania (HTO).
6. By ticking the optin box on the entry form participants consent to Hawai’i Tourism Oceania,

11. Hawai’i Tourism Oceania reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify:

19. Participants who satisfy the above entry requirements will be eligible to win the $16,000 AUD
Hawai’i prize package.
20. Upon booking travel and accommodation, the winner must elect to travel on 2 x islands from the
four available Hawaii Big Island, Maui, Oahu, Kauai. Accommodation and activities will be
undertaken on these selected islands.
21. The prize is valid for 4 x people.
22. Prize is valid for 12 months from issuance.
23. Flights, accommodation and transfers are subject to availability at the time of booking and
embargo periods.
24. Hawai’i Tourism Oceania reserves the right to substitute for any reason whatsoever a prize (or
portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at their sole discretion. Prize is awarded “as is”
without warranty nor guarantee, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
25. The winners desired travel dates must be communicated to a designated Flight Centre
representative within 14 days of winning the prize.
26. Tour and luau arrangements will be made by the Flight Centre representative, whose decisions
regarding the itinerary are final.
27. The Flight Centre representative will award the winner with activities close to the activities
chosen in the winner’s entry, subject to natural calamities or force majeure.
28. Hawai’i Tourism Oceania accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to prizes in transit.
29. The winner and their companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and
travel together on the same dates/times.
30. No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize will be awarded for any reason, including for
cancellation of trip due to natural calamities or any other force majeure event, subject to any
written directions from a regulatory authority.
31. Once the trip is confirmed, the departure date cannot be changed or winner will forfeit the prize

32. The winner of the prize (and their travel companions) will not accrue any frequent flyer points

33. Travel insurance is not included in the prize.

Flights via Hawaiian Airlines
37. Flights are for 4 (four) economy class tickets from Sydney (SYD) or Brisbane (BNE) to Honolulu
(HNL) and 1 Hawaiian Island return and subject to availability. If the winners are from another
city it will be their responsibility (including costs) to get to one of the gateway cities.
38. Winner will need to contact the designated Flight Centre representative with desired travel dates
to book the flights, within 30 days of winning the prize, and that representative will organise the
booking. The winner to make their reservation as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
39. The winner must be 18 years old and over.
40. Once flights are booked, you will not be able to change any flight and they are
Nontransferable/Nonexchangeable/Nonreplaceable/Nonupgradeable/NonChangeable.

41. The winner and their guests must travel together and share the same itinerary.
42. Seats are subject to availability. The winner must make their reservation as soon as possible to
