ROB THOMAS has had an ongoing, 20-year long, love affair with Australian audiences - both as the frontman, lead vocalist and key songwriter for Matchbox Twenty and also as a major solo artist.
In 2016, that romance will continue as Thomas makes a very welcome return down-under for a national headline tour, in support of his first solo album in more than six years, the long-awaited The Great Unknown.
One lucky fan has the chance to WIN a meet and greet with Rob Thomas before his Perth performance and two general admission tickets to the show.
The Perth show is at Kings Park Wed 2 Mar 2016 at 5pm and tickets can be purchased from Ticketmaster.

Rob Thomas Concert Competition Terms and Conditions
1.Instructions on how to enter form part of these terms and conditions. If there is any conflict between these terms and conditions and any other published material, these terms and conditions are to prevail.

3.Participants in the competition will be deemed to abide by these conditions of entry.
4.Participants agree to make themselves available for publicity purposes.
5.The promoter may appoint judges and the judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
6.Participation is open to residents of Western Australia who fulfil the participation requirements.
7.To enter participants must go to communitynews.com.au, follow the links to enter the competition and complete all the required details by 10am 24 February 2016.
8.Participants may only enter once. Additional entries will be deemed invalid.
9.The prize consists of 2 general admission tickets to see Rob Thomas for the performance at Kings Park Wed 2 Mar 2016 at 5pm and a meet and greet with the star before the show. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or valid for any other times or venues and are subject to ticket conditions. Names will be registered at the door and cannot be changed. Time of meet and greet is fixed and cannot be changed.
10.The winner of the competition will be selected by random choice 24 February 2016 at Community Newspaper Group, Perth. Winner will be notified by email.
11.Directors and employees of Community Newspaper Group Ltd including their immediate families, its agencies and companies associated with the competition are ineligible to enter.
12.The promoter and the judges will not be liable for any losses or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained, in connection with the Promotion, the use of the prize or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the promoter, the judges or their respective agents, employees and contractors.
